Chicago goth punks Alkaline Trio have signed a new record deal with Epic Records.
The band, who left long time home Vagrant Records last October to sign to V2 Records, were left without a deal when the North America arm of V2 dropped all of its frontline artists (including rock 'n' roll duo The White Stripes and DJ Moby) earlier this year.
The band are currently working on the follow-up to 2005's 'Crimson'.
