Korn: An apology

Due to a printing error there was a mistake in this week's Kerrang! cover story.

Some lines were omitted from the Korn cover feature. The first paragraph on page 25 of K! 1167 should read:

"Fast forward to the following day. Korn arrive in the Spandau district of Berlin at 8AM. Tonight they will play another sold out show, this time to 10,000 rabid fans at the Zitadelle venue - a working mediaeval fortress that was used to imprison leading Nazis convicted of war crimes during the 1946 Nuremberg trial. It is now three in the afternoon and Korn are relaxing in their dressing room. Munky has just woken up."

Kerrang! would like to apologise for any confusion this may have caused.

Korn are currently headlining the Family Values tour around the States with Evanescence, Atreyu, Flyleaf, Hellyeah and Trivium. Their new album 'Untitled', is out on Virgin on July 30.

hah...I wondered about that sentence. I read it over about three times trying to make sense of it but then gave up and moved on. I thought maybe they were filming a music video dressed as nazis or something.

Did you read why they didn't play?
I bet you didn't and that's why you're spouting trash.
The venue didn't provide adequate cover for the equipment during the bad weather, the band would have been electrocuted if they played.
So go whine to someone who gives a toss.

They did not play because of the bad weather so why did cannibal corpse machine head and slayer played on the same stage just 1 hour before.

So they they are not a medal band but losers.

But is it not correct that Korn have cancelled performances at Hellfest on 3 concecutive years?

Who cares, they've "got the life" now they should just live it in retirement, because I am pretty sure they haven't noticed that an entire decade has passed and Nu music is not very "new" anymore.

Fair play to Korn, they've started to make a decent comeback after isuues, untouchables and take a look in the mirror which were not up to standard. keep on rockin korn, am lookin forward to the new album!
