Fall Out Boy have chosen a children's story for the inspiration for their upcoming headline US arena tour.
The Young Wild Things Tour theme comes partly from the book Where The Wild Things Are and in part from the celebrity teenagers that are clogging up gossip magazines.
"Where The Wild Things Are is a great narrative," bassist Pete Wentz told MTV. "It encapsulates pretty much every FOB song ever written: You know, tantrums and monster islands and all. And it's kind of a takeoff on the idea of young wild things wearing Dior ankle-monitoring bracelets."
The tour will feature a headline set from Fall Out Boy, plus appearances from Gym Glass Heroes, Plain White T's and Cute Is What We Aim For.
