yeah they are still makin music - there was an article in Kerrang! about 2 months ago that they are makin a new album. They have written some songs for it cos they wanted to move on pretty much as soon as The Black Parade was finished - Gee said that recording that album was pretty much the whole point and they only went on tour to promote it... so no, theyr not finished with music just yet :)
