The Best moment has got to be MUSE at Wembley as the first chords of Knights Of Cylondia kicked in!!!

Having a panic attack during enter shikari's fantastic set @ reading festival.
what i remember was absolutly mind-blowing!!
scary time. but was AMAZINGGGG!!

The best rock moment of 2007 has deffinately got to be the Elliot Minor gig at the Camden Barfly on the 31st July.
It was buzzing with excited fans, and everyone was really happy.
Camden is an amazing place, so it made it even better.

And if someone was to ask me what I'd like to re-live in my life, it'd be that gig!!!

My best moment was seeing Dream Theater at wembely cause it was amazing and was my first concert

my best rock moment was going to see MCR for the first time live at the metro radio arena. the music was fantastic the band was as hot as the fire. well worth waiting 9 hours in the cold for!

gerard way singing "everybody tie your shoes, clap clap" on march 22nd in birmingham. it was totally amazing.

Getting dragged over the barrier because of excitement, sweat and heat and enter shikari, it was immense!

ok , so the best rock moment of 2007 HAS to have been DOWNLAD FESTIVAL 2007 , it was absoloutely wild , one of the best lineups ever , i mean the 3 headliners were MCR , MARILYN MANSON, and IRON MAIDEN , 3 of the biggest rock legends ever , it was an ace weekend and i hope it's just as great next year !!

Avenged playing their first gig in ageeees in Liverpool, when they came on playing critical acclaim was nice :)

I went to the metallica "sick off the studio" gig in july at wembley. It was the fucking best gig of my life (kinda ruin by the fact that HIm were a load of shit). At the end one of metallica's last song was "Nothing Else Matters". It was the most amazing thing i've like ever seen seeing everyone in wembley staidum on their feet, lighters in the air singing all the words. Was just a fucking excellent gig. X

Linkin Park at the Astoria was amazing!!! :) BIG band small venue :) Was awesome.

Seeing MCR & Mindless Self Indulgence live.
They're my two most favourite bands so seeing them in one gig was a bonus. And while I was there I got to meet two of my best friends for the first time in person :)

The reformation of Rage Against The Machine, without a doubt. We are all just waiting for a uk tour now.

When Ian Watkins said "I am your father" at the LP gig on 20th April. Pure genius.

the best moment was at at the used gig when they played islington, bert mccracken hit himself in the face with a bottle of water. fucking hilarious!

Climbing the railings while watching Biffy Clyro at Leeds Festival only to narrowly escape being peed on by the guy next to me!

gotta Taste Of Chaos 2007!!!! every bands sounded great (even gallows sounded good, and im not a fan!)
everyone chanting "WE ARE THE DYNAMITE" for The Blackout was awesome too!!! lots of great bands in one place in one night... AMAZING!!!

The best moment has to be the Foo's at MEN Arena, Dave Grohl is absolutely amazing and had every person in the place in the palm of his hands. The only let down was that he didn't get behind the drums!

best moment? hands down it was seeing my chemical romance on the 13th November for the second time this year.
not only did my chem play amazingly, but the show included something some kind of class that no other show i've seen can compete to. and we also got to see mindless self indulgence, who are an outstanding band.
the only disapointment was that bob or frank wasn't there, but that didn't matter because the three remainding members of mcr reigned the stage.

Well the best rock moment had to be MACHINE FUCKING HEAD in Brixton,
they were fucking amazing not to mention the supporting bands.
The Moshes were very brutal and recieving one of Dave McClain's Drum sticks, and Herman lei's guitar pick.

I will treasure those FOREVER!

Highlight of the year? Metallica and Muse at Wembley. Great Support Bands and Muse playing Feeling Good from Origin Of Symmetry capped it all

The best thing all year in the rock world?
Enter Shikari and their set at GIAN.
Was frankly the most amazing thing i've ever experianced, even though at the the bottom of the human pyramid i had my trousers pulled down and exposed my arse to giggling scene girls.
Was still fucking amazing.

Rather odd, but at the Birmingham phase of this year's Give It A Name, me and my friend Emily threw a bag of jelly tots at Bert McCracken, after reading in a forum that he liked them. He picked them up off the stage and thanked us 'for the jelly treats'. He then offered one to each of the band.

Slighty sad i know, but it was fucking amazing.

Gotta be the insane moshing in the birmingham academy with the Blackout, big wall of death ended up with casualties with broken legs, and we had a chat with the blackout boyo's after the show!

Seeing one of the biggest Metal bands of all time playing at the spiritual home of Rock and Metal- singing along to Fear Of The Dark with a 70,000 strong crowd- and crowdsurfing to The Trooper. It doesn't get much better than that!

My best rock moment of 2007 was finally getting the chance to see Marilyn Manson live. I never thought in my lifetime I would get the chance to see him in concert, and then they were announced for download festival this year. Me and my friend Kate have both been fans for some time, and we were both stupidly excited when it came to the actual moment. I started having leg spazms when they started to set up the stage. We got pins and needles in our hands, followed by uncontrollable shuddering and shaking, plus the odd few tears. It was honestly the best hour and fifteen minutes of my young life, and I know it will be something I will never forget. And I got to spend it with one of my best friends, and of course, GOD. :) Bring on dec 6th, at manchester. ;)

Has to be Muse at wembley being on the pitch with Matt Bellamy singing a few meters in front of me was bloody amazing the atmosphere was incredible too and MCR and Biffy as support acts it couldnt have got any better

Seeing my all-time heroes [My Chemical Romance] for the first time at the London O2 Arena. After following them for three years, I was finally able to see them. It was definitely worth the wait.

The taste of chaos tour in manchester had to be the highlight of my year in terms of rock. Even though i'm in complete pain from the pits now, The Used and Aiden made it well worth it. The crowds were awesome too! I'll deffinately be going back next year!

MCR playing Mama at Wembley Arena on March 30th. The sound was perfect, the venue was great and the fire was just amazing.

I'd have to say Send More Paramedics, 29th September, MK Pitz.
They put on a show - they didn't just play a set to fans. It's a shame the broke up 'cause they were truely a one of a kind band. You don't tend to find a band that corpse-paints up and knows how to party likefuck! B'hellmouth was one awsome frontman.

Has got to be Gerard Way singing Umbrella on stage. it was so wierd but.. Great? And also when Gerard kissed Frank Iero on stage. Fucking rocked.

Gerard Way singing copies of his comic book, The Umbrella Academy, in London on November 14th.
And the fact that Gerard didn't only sign comics up untill 1pm, which was what he and the store originally agreed. No, instead he stayed signing up until almost 3pm. Which means he stayed for A WHOLE 2 EXTRA HOURS, in order to meet as many fans as possible.
That has to be the most awesome thing a rock star has done for their fans in 2007. :D

Well the gig was amazing... got so wet from the cups or water that the guys on the frunt line thort it would be fun to chuck about, and had some Stupied Avril Lavigne wanntabe behind me who had no pit etiquette to speek of. and after that i realaised what reading fest was all about. i couldnt wate for sunday so i could get the train home.

Me and some mates went to Taste of Chaos at Newcastle Carling Academy, which was absolutely AMAZING, we even met the guitarist from Rise Against, and he was really spot on, unlike some of the other people who were there *cough*BertMcCracken*Cough*, who apparently took cameras off people. I wouldn't know for sure though, we were wore out after that and went for food. Hehehe

The best moment for me this year was Billy Talent at brixton academy. well worth travelling from scarborough to see them. Its going to be hard for them to do a gig better than that. Even the download gig wasn't as good. and then waiting three hours outside brixton academy in the freezing cold to meet the band. one of the best nights of my life.

Seeing the blackout in cardiff barfly it was the most amazing gig ever! it was so funny when the crowd dropped sean and wouldnt give him back so gavin shouted "can we have our sean back?"

My best rock moment is certainly Lostprophet's starting act in the Final Tranmission tour they did. With the lights and the song, it was amazing. Nothing else can compare..

I went to a number of gigs this year all incredibly boss! But my highlight has to be TASTE OF CHAO [27th Manchester] it was amazing no beyond amazing undescribleable, just beeing in the same room as Bert McCracken was enough!!! all the performances were amazing.

Best Moment: Has to be going to see the best band ever, My Chemical Romance! i qued for 9hours to see them and then another 3hours until they came on stage, and when they came on i was nearly crying it was the best feeling ever to see your hero's standing just feet away from you. It was an amazing concert and i hope i'll be able to see them again in the future!

I had waited for such a long time to see Atreyu nd to see them i travelled from Newastle to Manchester just to do so. It was totally worth it. Atreyu will be my favourite band for ever!

Fighting my way to the front of The Academy Is... mosh pit in Brisbane, Australia. My reward??? To look up and see William Beckett leaning out across the audience- I grabbed his hand and held on for dear life...freaking awesome!! :D

i went to see funeral for a friend and it was the first ever rock gig ive ever been to! The atmosphere was amazing and it was unforgettable! I almost got squashed in a mosh pit but the pain was sooo worth it!! Ive been to 4 since then (lucky me) but none beat the first!

Has to be without a doubt Enter Shikari at Download.
Woah, I was sceptical at first but I was blown away. Effin Amazing. The energy those guys have on stage is legendary! && then to be followed up by Korn. I couldn't of asked for more!

When i went to see Trivium in April, and the guys were half way through a song and Matt Heafy must of seen a girl get hurt in the pit, and stopped the entire song to shout down the mic if she was okay!! i think thats gotta be A true rock moment!

Decaydance Fest. Bloody amazing.

Has to be the Foo Fighters in in Nottingham on the 14th November, i went with my best mate Jason Ingleson, we were second row from the front! and as soon as they kicked in with The Pretender everybody went nuts till the end of the gig! i nearly fainted about 5 times with my mate holding me up, but it was bloody worth every penny!!! They even played Weenie Beenie and Aurora!!! i love them tracks!!!

It simply had to be trivium owning the Cardiff CIA on 26th of november. Blowing the crowd away with the likes of the anthem (we are the fire) and the pits for pull harder on the strings of your martyr. simply the best moment for me this year. keep rocking K

Best rock moment of 2007 was, without a doubt, MSI supported by Plastic Toys at The Brook, Southampton.
I was in awe for three hours straight.
Amazing.

Mine was when I saw the Foo Fighters at Cardiff Arena. I almost passed out so I got carried out of the crowd.
I sat down for a bit and had some water then, I heard the intro to Everlong. I stood up and ran into the crowd, eventually I found my friends again right at the front :)

On the 28th september 2007. Seeing Madina Lake for the first time at birmingham academy. Just seeing my fav band up there, after waiting patiently for ages for it to come and then hearing adalia as the opening song sent me crazy. and i also made some awesome friends at that show but most of all. i love madina lake :D

My best rock moment would have to be taste if chaos tour at Glasgow Carling Academy was awesome show guess back at the hotel, passing out on a whole bottle of jack daniels including shots was a rather rock out way to end the night!!!!

Top rock moment of 2007 for me was seeeing MSI at the Mean Fiddler 17/04.07 they were fucking brilliant, Jimmy Urine kicks ass dude, he even got a girl up on stage to kiss his own ass, the whole band are insane both musically and stage pressence. I love them THAT MADE MY YEAR

The return of Nightwish with their new singer, Anette. Dark Passion Play is definitely album of the year and Nightwish once again proved how inventive and amazing they are.

It's got to be the Black Crusade at the SECC in Glasgow, Machine Head and Trivium were fucking awesome. Dragonforce's intro was bizarre to say the least , Arch Enemy were brutal as ever and it was my first time sseing Shadows Fall and they blew me away. Machine Fucking Head.

the MCR concert on the 13th nov was the best concert ever, considering it was my 1st. I think they should do more concerts like that, because that ruled. Loved MSI too, great support band!

That show was also, potentially, the last My Chem show I'll get to see so that made it all the more special.

absoloutly fucking epic. One of those badns where you hear a song for the first time and BLOWN AWAY. loving msi for so long I decided to go to their sugarmill gig in stoke on trent lining up 3 and a half hours before the gig. Eventualy myf riend and I decide to knock on the tour bus door. Lin-z (bassist of msi) answers the door alowing us to take pictures and have a quick chat. A lovely mind blowing beautifull young woman! the gig was absoloutly outstanding. The best i have EVER been to. Jimmy knew what he was doing sending my friend and I in to fits of screaming, after the gig the badn were more than happy to ahve pictures play around and chat all in all I was absoloutly taken by this amaazinggg gig. If you wernt there YOUR FUCKING LOSS!

Without a doubt, seeing My Chemical Romance on The Black Parade tour was the complete highlight of my year; damn it my life! Ive never seen such a breathtaking show with as much energy and passion as I did on 24/3/07 in Manchester! Gerard Way's voice was filled with emotion and every single person inside that arena felt connected as part of the MCRmy! What a show!! It went beyond the standard rock show into something only ever witnessed by rock greats. I finally fitted in at the MCR show and looking back it still inspires me every day!! You don't get better than an MCR show!! Truly incredible!!!

It HAS to be seeing 30 Seconds To Mars on 14/09. They played an AMAZING set and Jared jumped into the crowd right on top of me and I got to touch my idol.

My moment of 2007 so far has to be the black crusade.
Not in my generation so far has a touring circus of bands brought so much anger and left with such a large amount of newly adopted fans.
It was my mates 17th birthday and we'd already expected a hell of a show due to machine heads great reputation live.
When we got there we'd already missed Shadows Fall and half of Arch Enemy.
From the start of the last two songs of Arch Enemy i was enthralled even though with a howl like that she can't be a woman.
When Dragonforce started we rushed to the front trying to get the best view of the band.
From the start of the guitar widdling they were obviously enjoying the crowds response and bouncing humour off that.
Throwing beer to the thirsty enthrall they werre on top form.
As soon as Trivium started i was excited i've loved there music since they broke in with ascendancy and they didn't dissapoint.
I had been told that Trivium had gone downhill and they haven't.
And as for Machine Head they were simply amazing.
From the moment the acoustic guitar came out and Descend the days of shade into night started i knew that this would be a gig to remember.

They then requested us at QMU (Glasgow) Glasgow gig was amazing(Aberden was better though), pulled jimmy, spitting again, gave him 16 litres of IRN BRU coz he requested it at Aberdeen. SO bring back MSI so we can PARTY again.

They are AmAZING. Jimmy is soo good at comunicating with the audience and he is soo funny. They are such a great sound,there is nothing like them!
They are never boring ,and they are amazing people. I met Jimmy Steve and Lyn-z after the shows and they are soo nice and caring! I can't wait till the next shows near me because i am so gettin tickets!

Going To See MSI and MCR In Belfast Was Fucking Sex. There Soooo Awesome Live. Waited So Long For It. All Worth It.

MSI were absolutly amazing. I cannot believe how good they were, I saw them twice within two months, of which they were supporting, but even then I wanted them to stay on longer, and their own headlining tour was too incredible. Dear God, I cannot wait for them to come back, I would see them every single night and not get bored, but just how they express themselves with the fans is just so different to me, because being a fan of bands like MCR, they inter-act with you, but they're not as forward with fans such as Jimmy is with his fans, how he acts around them, is all in humour, but in a way that you have to laugh and just wanna see them all the time, they're some of the nicest people, when you see a name to there song, you dont think that, but really they're just such good people and they're so good with fans, but if they came back I'd be first in line to get tickets, I can't wait for them to come back now. They're just so unique to anyone else. They're fuckin awesome. <3

To start with:
Best gig of my entire LIFE! There's been quite a few good ones too, this one completely topped my year off. It was like an early christmas present.
Mindless Self Indulgence are my favourite band and i was so excited to be seeing them with a band that i've loved for ages.
Jimmy (Urine - Vocals, Mindless Self Indulgence) really controlled the crowd, asking us what "Geordie Sex Talk" sounded like. Classic ;)

At one point, putting the microphone down his pants and Lyn-Z doing a rather impressive stage dive :)

I was pretty sure i was the only one in my block singing to every sing they churned out. They did it brilliantly.

My Chemical Romance, not only put out their newer stuff but threw out their older songs too.
Hearing "Give 'Em Hell Kid" live was amazing and i jumped for the whole 3 minutes, my feet hurt like hell afterwards though :)
Gerard was and arsehole towards the beginning but he was pretty damn good at it :)
He was much nicer towards the end though, shame we didn't hear much out of Frank and Ray though. Fucking heart stopping, not to mention the pyrotechnics :)
There wasn't one face in the venue NOT singing. Lovely

Tbh most of the other bands sucked (emo crap)... But it was worth the £40 odd just to see MSI and Jimmy-fukcing Urine, they rock! Can't wait to see them again in the UK

this band is amazing. live and on cd. i love them so much. my friend kate intorduced them to me earlier this year and then i didnt realise that they were going to be supporting my chemical romance. when they came on stage me and my friends went wild....their setlist was amazing and had all the best songs in it inclusing "bitches" and "stupid MF" and offcourse "shut me up". when the guitar to that song started up it sent tingles down my spine. they work the audience so well and get them dead hyped. by the end of the set even if you didnt know who they were to begin with you had to dance. jmmy is just hilarious, and lin-Z is so hot :). it was mintwhen they left the stage to "theres no business like show business" with jimmy miming the words. one of the best gigs i've ever beentoo and i will be following them in the future for sure. i'd reccommend it to anyone. amazing :)

got to be Mindless Self Indulgence when I went to see them at Manchester Academy 2,best gig they've done yet. They were great no one can touch these guys,there amazing.The crowd went mental even when they came of stage. Great atmosphere there everybody went mental and insane but thats what I love about MSI gigs you can go completely crazy and insane and you cant be judged for how you look or anything cos everybody round you is going crazy too. Little jimmy was a great laugh he got right into the crowd and paid a girl £1 too kick a guy in the nuts. There stage presence was great they were all over it and they seemed almost excited as the crowd did. Cant wait to see them when they come back to the UK again guna go deffinitley. Long time fan since 2003.

Surrounded by Cyber Goths and your average joe in the middle of a wild mosh pit at MSI - Mindless Self Indulgence gig at Manchester academy. Suffocating in the middle of the crowd while being dragged everywhere, loosing a shoe while smudge eye liner ran down my face; but not wanting to be anywhere else! Laughing as a 13 yr old punched some 6ft lad because Jimmy Urine offered her £1 xD ! Best gig eva<3

My best rock moment of 2007 was going to see Mindless Self Indulgence at Norwich UEA it was a fucking amazing concert, all of the members had so much energy, Lyn-Z climbed over the crowd, Steve put his guitar into the crowd and the best part was i met Jimmy and he signed mine and my mates ticket.
Overall the gig was fucking awsome Jimmy dropped his trousers which was hilarious and they all had the crowd in such a good mood. Everyone I know who went to that concert hasnt had a bad word to say so MSI was my best rock moment of the year!

I think its either Lynn-Z (Mindless Self Indulgence) getting married to Gerard Way (My Chemical Romance), he should get on with his life and not be bothered by teeneage girls being over-obsessed about him! Either that or Rge Against The Machine re-forming, and Led Zeppelin reforming. This is AMAZING!!!!! The Hives live (they've just finished touring the UK) is an amazing experience, they fuckin eeeeaasily beat MCR, Biffy Clyro or who ever has top-of-the-chart albums!!!!

I really don't know, I saw MSI earlier in the year and the concert was fantastic, so energetic and fun! It was so fast and punchy :D
Although I also saw Dream Theater in October and that was such an emotional show, they really gave it everything and had such amazing stage presence that it was overwhelming with it's epic-ness.

Both of these bands seriously rock and need so much more attention :D

They were everybody's best kept inside joke; a hillarious secret-handshake for anyone who survived the late-90's mainstream music meltdown. They've been your favorite band's favorite band for the past ten years.

I'm so happy that this year they're finally breaking out. They've proven themselves to be at least a decade ahead of their time and we've finally caught up in giving them the recognition they deserve.

Mine would be watching Gerard Way at the side of the stage during MSI's set. He EVER doesn't stop moving

Seeing Mindless Self Indulgence at the 2007 Projekt Revolution Tour in Phoenix was AMAZING. Definitely the BEST band that played that show.
Amazing band, incredible music, outstanding energy and stage present.
Their concerts are not only a feast for the ears, but a treat for the eyes. Crazy running, jumping, stripping, dancing, joking, playing, pissing, screaming... all are elements of an MSI concert. <3

originally a MCR fan and it was the first time I herd MSI and they blew me away I was amazed. I think MCR should of supported MSI .

well this year i went to my first rock concert!
and i am proud to say it was my chemical romance supported by mindless self indulence!
MSI were fantastic and halved the crowed into cute(like little bunny rabbits) and creepy(like sex offenders)
n then said together you are CREEPY CUTE! lmao i will never forget that night! Jimmy was fantatic n i laughed my head off at the end when he started mimeing to theres no buissness like show buissness.My chemical romance were amazing! loved the fireworks and the sparks flying down from the backdrop thought i wasnt as overjoyed for my chemical romance because MSI did more things for the crowd to remember and i think my chem would have been waaaaay better if Frank and Bob could have made it they were fantastic dont get me wrong and i cant wait for them to come back to the UK

Seeing Mindless Self Indulgence in Bristol. Just fantastic, I'd see them again in a heartbeat.

Best musical experience of 2007

The best, hands down.

I got to see Mindless Self Indulgence and Linkin Park in one day. Both bands are Amazing live! I went to the show at the PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, NJ.

MSI headlined the Revolution Stage, so my friend and I got up real close, almost caught Jimmy Urine's wings, and even participated in one of the numerous mosh pits. It was THAT great. The performance was killer, and they played a great set.

Around 4:00 at the main stage, Julien K began playing, and I knew that I was in store for so much more. I was not exactly happy with HIM's performance, but otherwise, the bands were great.

After some very odd erm, excerpts from Gerard Way, and a wait that seemed much longer than the actual time frame, Linkin Park was revealed during a very long excruciating intro to No More Sorrow.

Honestly, I just wanted them to play. And they definitely delivered. This was my first time seeing them Live, and I was totally blown away. I was not expecting such a performance. The atmosphere of it all, the stomping, the clamping, hell; the music. My hand's shaking as I write this, just from the memory of the excitement.

As I've said to many of my friends, "I'll be at Projekt Revolution every year they have it." It was worth the trip from upstate New York. Hell, it's worth a trip from fucking Europe (we met some fans that were visiting and came over to the US for this).

It was like Live Aid, or Live 8 all over again. So many different styles of music, and the diversity of music tastes that rested in the fans.

The best.

Wow.MSI seem to be popular. :)

Best rock moment of 2007 for me has to be My Chemical Romance at Wembley on 29th March. I looked forward to that gig for 6 months and it was everything I ever expected, wished for, dreamed of and more...at the end of the concert I caught Bob Bryar's drumstick! Just being that near to Gerard, Mikey, Frank, Bob and Ray was life-changing, and I couldn't help but to burst into tears when Gerard came out on the hospital bed. Just. Freakin'. Incredible.

I've been a fan of MSI for several years now, I had the privildge of seeing them at the Islington Academy when they first came over. It's been great to see such a unique and outwardly intresting band come along way without a UK CD distribution for so long. I think this year's mostly sold out tour and massive support from the legions of cult fansas well as the outstanding live shows deserves to be a true Rock Moment.

I think it is probably seeing Aiden at camden barfly on the 21st August as part of the kerrang awards shows. It was sooo amazing to see one of my favourite bands in such a cool, small venue. :)

Yeh I gotta admit, I agree. I saw them on November 15th and this time round MSI totally owned MCR imho :)

when i went to see mcr for the first time at the o2 arena msi were the opening act and they were amazing! i had never really listened to their music and wasnt really that excited about them being there but when they played i thought they were awesome and want them to come back to london soon :D

Madina Lake secret show camden barfly july 17th was the best gig of my ENTIRE life. There is no way in hell anything will beat that day, met the band and met the most awesome kids ever! River People kick ass!

Having Frank Carter shout "Leeds, you have witnessed something phenomenal, for the first time in 3 and half years we have fucked up this song." was a pretty big highlight, as was the Used's amazing performance and being able to meet them.
The Blackout, Aiden and Rise Against were brilliant too and we all walked away, sporting bleeding noses, bruises and concussion. Fantastic.

Without a doubt the best rock moment of 2007 was seeing MSI in Kansas City. As usual they delivered an amazing performance which is matched by no other band out there today. They released their DVD this year, which is one of the best produced live concert DVD's you will ever see. Viva la MSI

Met Jimmy with my friend afterwards too, so obviously the best day of the year as they've been my favourite band for over a year now.

Honestly, I've been sad for a very long time.
I heard of Mindless Self Indulgence and thought they were stupid and annoying. My boyfriend brought me to see them in Glasgow and I was not looking forward to it one bit. I thought that he was a twat for doing so. The fact is he knew that I needed to not take things so seriously. I saw MSI and now I think they're brilliant but still annoying. The annoying part is that I cant stop giggling when I think about that show. I'll be in the middle of class and just start laughing. I was yelled at by my teacher for doing so. I've never been happier.

MSI concert (1st November) in Zagreb (Croatia) was really sad day 4 me...because i could not be there...
i heard that concert was awesome...
..so I really want them back..

MSI @ Both The Brook, Southampton and Camden's Electric Ballroom. I had the best 2 nights of my life. They're my favourite band and seeing them live was nothing short of mind blowing. I got my face licked by Jimmy Urine and nearly wet myself! They NEED to come back to the UK a.s.a.p I was buzzing from thse gig's for weeks. Fucking outstanding!

There's THREE gigs!

1. Daft Punk. I know its not 'kerrang' music but it was the most rock moment for me. Seeing the lights with the base of 'Da Funk', any rocker would love it! Just check youtube.

2. The Black Cursade - Cardiff. Fucking incredible. 5 metal bands all in one roof, trying to blow the speakers and our minds! Machine Head was the best by far and if you dont believe me, ask my ripped ear. Maddest pit I've been in!

3. Mindless Self Indulgence - London Mean Fiddler. A unsigned-to-label band, who hasn't had a official uk release before then, selling out mean fiddler and NOT having a support act might sound crazy. Well...yes it is! MSI is the underground story of the decade. They have always made it themselves and shows anyone it can be done. Well anyway, first time seeing them (now seen them twice) and it blew my mind. Helped by being right by the side of the stage (cheers to the msi crew!!)

best rock moment of 2007 HAD to be seeing trivium, machine head, dragonforce, arch enemy AND shadows fall at the one and only BLACK CRUSADE! never headbanged so much...was the best night of my entire life...even though it made me half deaf! amazing.

Devildrivers set in Indianapolis was killer DEZ came out with a good ole bottle of vino grabbed the mic and started one hell of a pit I'm a lanky metalhead at 6'1 and this guy musta been 6'4 350 (at least that big) fuckin punk elbowed me in the temple and knocked me out! Well the pit was movin I got trampled for a sec till my ride came back around the pit full circle to scoop my limp body outta the fuckin pit! I was out for what must have been 15 minutes till the dickhead security guy poured water on me. Glad to save a ambulance trip! but yeah Devildriver was the shit I hadn't heard the new shit but I noticed the drummer getting tired with the double kicks (being a drummer myself) after a couple songs. Great show! Went to Buckcherry in Indy in June with some girls and met their lead guitarist Stevie D. after the gig It was neat he's very lively (and very short) He took a girl back to the bus with him that night I'm sure cause he was maccing on all these hos there to see Hinder! Peace!

I have to say the best thing about this year was MCR coming back to the UK this autumn i couldn't believe it when i found out in August and i immidiately booked tickets for the gig at the o2 on the 15th November :D it was fuckin awesome dispite the unfortunate event of Bob and Frank not being there :/ however it was the best gig i have ever been to regardless and MSI weren't too shabby either :D it confirmed to me why they are my favorite band and has made me love them even more :D can't wait till they come back to the UK once more coz MCR the UK love you so much♥ :D
