SLAVES TO GRAVITY, MEANTIME
Chuggier than thou and armed with the kind of gargantuan anthemic chorus that should be blowing the roofs off arenas, the Brit crew bring the rock!

AUDREY HORNE, THRESHOLD
A twisted, prog-inflected trawl that detonates into the kind of chorus to knock you flat on your arse, courtesy of Gorgoroth man King Ov Hell

CRIME IN STEREO, SMALL SKELETAL
Delicate of verse and storming of chorus, the Levittown crew prove why they're contenders to be your new favourite band with this glorious track.

THE DIRTY, WHY I THINK IT'S LOVE
Throwing some seriously - um - dirty garage rock sounds your way come The Dirty. Discordant, catchy and 83 sleaze-infested, gutter-trawling seconds long. Lovely.

NIGHTWISH, NEMO
Live in New York, new singer Anette Olzon belts her lungs out all over this classic slice of epic drama and orchestral grandeur. Magnificent

From the country that brought us AC/DC come Airbourne - who sound like AC/DC! The riffs alone will kick-start your follicles in preparation for some serious headbanging...

STILL REMAINS, DANCING WITH THE ENEMY
Those purveyors of anthemic metalcore Still Remains serve up a hefty dose of melody whilst getting all nice and distorted with a fisheye lens in the video.

Still Remains are one great band you should not miss. Dancing With The Enemy is one of the best tracks taken from their latest album in my opinion. The band are awesome live from what I've heard. Didn't manage to see them live due to commitments, gutted.

That video of Nemo certainly ain't the best of Anette out there, but it's still awesome.

Anette actually OWNS completely.

The old songs she does best though are Higher Than Hope, Creek Mary's Blood, Wishmaster and Sacrament Of Wilderness. All fucking amazing.

I can't wait til they come to London in March, I'm seeing them twice :]

Give us more Nightwish, K! You always say great things about them, but hardly ever give us any big articles, interviews, posters or anything - which they so deserve!
Best. Band. Ever.

NIGHTWISH FOREVER

HIM are not my favourite Finns.

Also I am sure that there are many people in fact, who prefer other Finnish bands, I can only come to the conclusion that once again Kerrang is overexaggerating.

Do you moonlight as Sunday Sport writers?

Gotta love AirBourne! They're clearly heavily influenced by the legends that are AC/DC, and it really shows in their music! I can't get enough of "Too Much, Too Young, Too Fast"!! SOOO addictive!!

Dancing With The Enemy is great. I prefer most of their older stuff, but it's still all good. Saw them play a couple of weeks back & they were amazing, even better then when I saw them play on the Kerrang tour with BFMV. Hope that Still Remains come back soon!
