Here we go again. The usual \"You can\'t argue unless you or your band are as successful as *****\" gambit.
By this argument, Jake, you and all your little Paramore/AVA fans should also worship Celine Dion and Barbara Streisand as two of the greratest singer of all time.
This really is starting to get on my nerves, it happens on more a less every single article.
Why do people click on an article and then slate the band?

personally i think both bands are shit,
delonge is a huge egotisticall twat with no taste.. i used to like him bk in the days of blink 182 but even then he was a wanker, as for paramore in ever vid i have seen it has been about williams getting the guy and getting one over on some girl, cnt they think of better things to write about ffs!

I don't get it tom was good live in blink 182 but he sounds shit and offkey now. loved blink 182 doubt they'll ever get back together though
Paramore have 2 great albums out All We Know Is Falling and Riot. I personally prefer All we know is falling but riot also rocks. I'll admit they fucked up their song on new years eve but hey what can ya do noone can be perfect all the time. And i don't really know about angels and airwaves cause they're not my sot of thing but the're a good band.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. It's not our fault Kerrang now print this kind of stuff. I don't bother buying it now because it's full of posers and scene kids. The music doesn't seem to even matter anymore. All these bands are the same and there's nothing new happening.
I'm not going to bitch at you for liking the music, but I don't know how bands like this get so much recognition.

Well, if you must know, it is one part of this type of argument that you can't contradict in anyway at all. So, I guess that is why people such as myself and AndyMark use it so may times, It does actually mean that if you cant be bothered to put a band together and make great music, it is basically left up to bands such as the ones mentioned in this article. So why dont you stop being a complete twat and stop viewing news about bands you dont like, because if there is one thing that is sad, it is hearing about how whiny people really are. I think you will find that you have netered the news pages of kerrang, unless you dont want to hear anything bad, I suggest for people to fuck off

Angels and Airwaves may not be the best band in the world to watch live but their albums are class and i will be going to the gig in bristol!
I mean come on I like Paramore and AVA, but that doesnt mean my life revolves around them..... TBH Yes there are much better bands about, but to be fair there are a lot much worse "bands" if you can even call them that.... two words to shake all of you "SPICE GIRLS" so stop slating real bands and lets join together and slate the real crap music in the world!
So chill out and tbh you have to have some respect for paramore and ava i mean, it's not easy to break into the music scene here and america and both of these bands have done it, so yes there may be better bands out in the world but that doesnt mean they havnt done well!

paramore are a gd band, not the best, hayley is a v.gd looking girl, probably the best looker in the business and still cant think why amy lee or a cartoon beat her in the polls.
ava are very very mcr like, i mean theyre both the marmite of bands, except delounge used to be decent, wen he was in blink 182, but i cant see them reforming :(.

for all of those that have a problem with peeps slating bands...grow up...peeps r entitled to there own opinions deal with it...
and the main reason for peeps slating these bands neways is coz u have sad little 12 year olds going "Paramore...best band ever" and its like they have only been around for like 2 secs so how can they and also as a guy sed above there are a lot better and more successful bands out there which all these bands can only hope to be as big as...such as Zeppelin, 'Tallica, Maiden, Foos, RHCP, AC/DC etc

I like most music, from punk and pop-punk to gothic metal and melodic gothic doom metal. From goth-pop to death / thrast metal.
So, that "metal head" argument wont work on me.
Paramore and AVA are BOTH really over-hyped. Niether posses an amazing amount of talent; huge egos and cheesy songs are no problem though!

It is each to their own opinion, if u dont like something y do u feel the need to enforce ur views on everyother person who unfortunately stumbles across u criticising a song that for that band has meaning. so as i was taught "if u have nothin nice to say, dont say anythin at all" cause ul jst end up sounding like a fool and unless u like that sort of thing maybe keeping your mouth shut and your fingers from typing is a better option.
