Ace Frehley vs. Slash

Ex-Kiss guitarist Ace Frehley has enlisted the talent of Velvet Revolver riffer Slash for his upcoming solo album, Pain In The Neck.

"I needed to come back and let everybody know I'm alive and well," says Frehley. "I figured that it was time to let everybody know I'm not dead."

A phone call would have done!

In related news, frehley's former band, Kiss, will headline this year's Kerrang!-sponsored Download festival which takes place at Donington Park on June 13, 14 and 15.

Frehley and Slash are GREAT players, but Frehley will alwasy win out....

They are both aces (or Slashes). They both do shitloads of brilliant stuff noone including the other one of them wouldn`t have come up with like Slashs rythm/tones in Locomotive or Aces sound/tones at the beginning of the Strange Ways solo.
