Killing Joke: Original line-up reunite

The original line-up of Killing Joke have reunited for the first time in nearly two decades.

Original drummer Paul Ferguson has rejoined the band for the first time since 1987 and bassist Martin 'Youth' Glover has also stepped back into the KJ line-up for the first time since 1994's Pandemonium tour.

Killing Joke's world tour will hit the UK in October where the band will be taking up a two-night residency at London's Kentish Town Forum on October 2nd and 3rd.

On the first night, the band will play their first two albums in their entirety - 1980's self-titled album followed by 1981's album What's This...For! - while the second night will see Killing Joke play 1994's Pandemonium and the Island Records singles of'79 to '80.

Awesome band! But no dates in Toronto.

I don't want to go to New York in October.

Please Jaz, sort it out...

This is great news, i thought KJ might fold after the tragic death of Raven, but i'm pleased to see they've put their differences behind them and reformed the original line-up. But it's a sad indictment of the readership of Kerrang that only 4 people bother to comment on such huge news. They'd rather stick their tongues up the arses of shite bands like My Chemical Toilet and Fall Out Balls. Ah well, such is life.
