Let's get Lemmy knighted!

Following an e-petition campaign, HM Government have responded to the UK rock fans' call to knight rock legend, and Motörhead frontman, Lemmy Kilmister.

Replying online at www.pm.gov.uk, the UK Government stated:

"Lemmy's achievements in music are well known and respected. It is easy to see why so many people want to see his record formally recognised. Your support [of hundreds of signatures] has been carefully noted."

Members of the public can nominate individuals for honours by visiting the UK Honours System website!

Let's do this!

Perhaps, if we all clubbed together we could just buy him one, I think the gov have a deal going at the moment. Buy one get one free, we could give the other to Ozzy if he promises to stay away from reality tv.

living legend and he is sir he is an amazing person and his music is the best and he has made loads of people happy from his music and there is not many people that actually survive who have died twice.
