Nickelback: Chad gets banned from driving

Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger made his first court appearance yesterday in his on-going drink driving case.

The singer, who was absent from court when he was convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol on April 2, has been banned from driving for twelve months and was fined $600 (approximately £298).

Kroeger was pulled over for speeding in June 2006. At the time police claimed the singer blew over the .08 legal limit for alcohol (his reading was .14) and his $170,000 Lamborghini was impounded.

Leaving court, Kroeger told reporters that "everyone makes mistakes".

Kroeger's lawyer, Marvin Stern, added that the case has been "an intrusion" into his client's life and said that he will be appealing against the ruling.

The dipshit did the crime so why shouldn't he be put through court proceedings and punished accordingly? He was doing something could have killed someone. And a 600 dollar fine seems like just a slap on the wrist to me considering he was driving a car worth 170,000

One day Zacky Vengeance was partying as he always does with his friends of Avenged Sevenfold.

After he was finished partying he went to the bus to grab his favourite drink,Jack Daniels but his bottle was missing.

He got mad took his guitar and went to play with his pet octopus.

As he was playing guitar to his octopus he decided to go on a journey to find who stole his Jack Daniels with his friends.

After picking up Johnny Christ Zacky decided his first stop would be to go to the strip club to talk to the girls he partied with.

He asked all the stripers questions about the party the night before.

Until one girl caught his eye that he was with most of the night.

He asked the girl questions and she answered.

But it wasn't what he was looking for and pissed of as he was depressed that night that he went into a room alone and played guitar.

Until he remembered it was Johnny who was messing with the alcohol that night.

He ran to his pet octopus and talked to it while playing guitar trying to figure out a plan to get Johnny.

With the hepl of M.Shadows they went to give Johnny a "ride home" but instead threw him out of the car and drove by a few times to laugh at him.

Zacky was happy after that and decided to celebrate getting revenge on Johnny.

Zacky is happy now that he knew who messed with his Jack Daniels and he got a new bottle!
