Attack! Attack! have proudly announced today that they are to be included on the upcoming new Guitar Hero game.
The group's latest single, You And Me, was selected by a panel of industry veterans to be included in the game after a sifting through over 200 artists at the Guitar Hero Listening Session at MIDEM 2009.
"Finding out we were going to be on the next Guitar Hero was unbelievable," says frontman Neil Starr. "It's a game we all love playing and one that has keep us entertained on tour for many, many hours."
"I keep having to pinch myself to make sure this is not some kind of dream! I think I know what Charlie felt like now when he found the last golden ticket to Willy Wonka's chocolate factory!"
In related news, the group have announced their headline Honesty UK tour, named after their forthcoming, download-only single on May 18.
