As exclusively revealed in yesterday's Kerrang! magazine, Canadian quintet Alexisonfire are set to play three special K!-sponsored London club shows in the run up to the release of their upcoming fourth studio album, Old Crows\Young Cardinals.
The intimate dates will take place at The Borderline on June 9, 10 and 11, with support confirmed as Sharks, Hexes and The Ghost Of A Thousand respectively.
"We played a show at the Barfly to about a hundred people for Kerrang! last August and it was great," says Alexisonfire guitarist/vocalist Dallas Green. "Small shows are so much more intimate and much more fun for us to play too. Also, the UK was one of the first places to embrace Alexisonfire and welcomed us with open arms, so we can't wait to come back and play for you!"
"Are you ready for three days of new tunes and all the hits?" he adds. "We're anxious for you all to hear the songs!"
Tickets for the K!-Sponsored shows on June 9, 10 and 11 go on exclusive pre-sale through K! dot com tomorrow (Friday, April 10) at 9am, so be sure to check back here in the morning. General ticket sales will be available on Saturday, April 11.
