The Plight and Your Demise to headline all-ages London festival

Leeds punks The Plight and St Albans hardcore mob Your Demise will head-up the all day, all-ages festival Dark Days at London's Islington Academy on April 11.

Other acts on the bill include K! faves Blackhole, Deaf Havana, Trigger The Bloodshed, Outcry Collective and Lower Than Atlantis.

"We are sufficiently excited to be involved in an event which embraces a multi-dimensional age spectrum," The Plight's Lewis Pugh told Kerrang! "Up the punks."

"Being asked to play Dark Days, whose main focus is to bring different music to a younger crowd was very cool!" added Your Demise guitarist Stuart Paice. "It will be an awesome show, with awesome bands, highlighting the broad talent across the UK. Also giving new bands the chance to play also is and added bonus. I hope everyone is ready!"
