Steel Panther for Download!
 Hollywood rock legends Steel Panther have taken time out of their busy schedule of "banging chicks, doing drugs and not working" to appear on the ever-expanding Download 2009 bill.
"We're going to rock some serious balls and serious vaginas at Download," says frontman Michael Starr. "We understand bitches are called 'birds' in England. Our drummer, Stix Zadinia, will get the most birds in the band, if you add it up by weight."
Other new additions to the festival include Trigger The Bloodshed, Hexes, 69 Eyes, Lauren Harris, Black Spiders, Hollywood Undead, Brides, Violent Soho, Pulled Apart By Horses, Dear Superstar, Sacred Mother Tongue, Hunting The Minotaur, Japanese Voyeurs, White Man Kamikaze, General Fiasco and Loverman.
Download 2009 takes place at Donington Park on June 12, 13 and 14 and will be headlined by:Faith No More (Friday 13), Slipknot (Saturday 13) and Def Leppard (Sunday 14).
