another band announce a tour and as usual no welsh date anywhere to be seen . why are all these bands avoiding wales . can`t any of you come to newport or cardiff . from a pissed off colin smith

...because wales is a shithole, duh.

Because Newport *is* a shit hole. It's beautiful scenary but Newport is a dump. As for Cardiff it has next to *no* well known venues - bar Cardiff Barfly, which is tiny. (Though I saw IPS there)

I've been to wales, Newport is a pit as is Cardiff. Cardiff's only redeeming feature is the Bay and that's because it's nothing like the rest of the place...

I always hear people moan about not getting shows in Wales, or Norwich etc, but when the fuck did we ever get any shows up here in edinburgh, its the fucking capital city and we only ever get a few shows during the festival each year. last year was lostprophets and this year Enter Shikari, got my tickets and i'm fucking pumped

I love shinedown, think there an awsome band. But when you announce a U.K tour you should go to the whole U.K. once again wales is left out of a tour by a top band. i noticed so is ireland. bands like korn and slipknot have been to the CIA so why cant more. it aint fair to welsh fans that the only option they have is to travel to amouther country to see a band that they have spent money on cd's and supported. i hope more bands start to take note of the loyalty of us fans and start to realize that wales does exists.

dude stop being such a douche, the uk is a big place you cant seriously expect them to play every venue, stop having a hissy fit and actually go make an effort to see them on one of the dates they have confirmed

why is there ONLY one date in london??????? it'll sell out before i can get my friends committed to go!!!!!!

all I can say about welsh gigs is: I'm from Stoke and went to the full ponty to see lost prophits. A great day ruined by the welsh folk. Considering theirs a welcome in the hillside, I didn't see it. Everyone was soo fkin ignorant. Even the prophits dropped their adopted us accent to become welsh again. Great bands crap atmosphere, you have a great country but it's wasted on you.

Im welsh but Live in england (at the moment) Iv been to Gigs ALL over england and Wales. and one of the best was a Gig in Cardiff...

the atmosphere was amazing!

I think you will find its the English that visit wales that are ignorant. you expect us to drop everything and oraise your sorry asses...

Wales is our country and its gunna stay that way... if all your gunna od is piss nd moan then stay in your own fkin country nd dnt visit ours!
