Cancer Bats frontman Liam Cormier has assured Kerrang! that their follow-up to 2008’s Hail Destroyer will be a “brutal sludge masterpiece”.
“The writing is so rad,” Cormier tells Kerrang!. “It’s all we have been thinking about. We were worried that it was going to be harder than this, but we’ve been creating really heavy riffs.”
The band will be main support on Billy Talent's forthcoming UK tour, beginning on October 19 at Leeds Academy.
