Slash enlists Dave Grohl

Velvet Revolver guitarist Slash has revealed that Foo Fighters’ Dave Grohl and bandmate Duff McKagan will make a guest appearance on his forthcoming solo album.

“The track is a killer instrumental and very heavy,” wrote the guitarist in a post on Twitter.

No release date has been set.

I seriously hope slash tours the UK with his solo album and hopefully plays Plymouth so its only an hour drive away!

ive been very lucky to have seen slash a couple of times and being his birthday is the same day as mine its all good . okay honestly this guy is a livin legend and has been very unlucky with some of the bands he has been in and i hope vr sort things out soon but for time being i look forward to a solo album and i hope for a tour all thou honestly i cant see a 5 date or any longer of a tour and only see places like manchester , london . biringham , glasgow . but hay we shall see i dont know
