The death of former Blink 182 collaborator Adam 'DJ AM' Goldstein has been ruled as "accidental."
New York City's medical examiner issued a toxicology report earlier this week (Tuesday, September 29) stating that Goldstein, 36, had accidentally overdosed on "a lethal cocktail of prescription drugs and cocaine."
Goldstein, who performed with Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker under the moniker of TRV$DJAM, was found dead in his Manhattan apartment on August 28.
The pair were the sole survivors of a plane crash which killed four people in South Carolina on September 20, 2008. Hours earlier, the duo performed with Perry Farrell in front of thousands of students at a South Carolina college.
