Blink drummer settles lawsuit with plane company

Travis Barker has reportedly settled the lawsuit he filed last November against Learjet and tire manufacturers Goodyear out of court.

The Blink 182 drummer filed the suit against the manufacturer of the plane in which he was a passenger, and the maker of its tires, after it crashed in Columbia, South Carolina on September 19 last year killing four people.

An investigation by the National Transportation Safety Board found that the plane's thrust reversers were not in the correct position and caused the tires to blow out shortly after take off.

William L. Robinson, a lawyer for the companies, said that "the terms of the settlement were confidential."

So the pilot fucks up with the position of the thrust reversers, and blows the tires. Tires which were never designed to deal with this, so he sues Goodyear, despite the fact nobody could forsee forsee a situation where a retard of a pilot torches their tires.
And he sues Learjet as well? Because a pilot breaks one of their planes that he's in, through no fault of their own?

Greedy fucking cunt. I assume there's no mention of him suing the pilot because the pilot's estate didn't have enough money for him.

Learjet should have invited him to a meeting regarding settlement and when 40,000 feet above the Gulf of Mexico, fucked him out the door, Argentina junta style...
