Travis Barker has reportedly settled the lawsuit he filed last November against Learjet and tire manufacturers Goodyear out of court.
The Blink 182 drummer filed the suit against the manufacturer of the plane in which he was a passenger, and the maker of its tires, after it crashed in Columbia, South Carolina on September 19 last year killing four people.
An investigation by the National Transportation Safety Board found that the plane's thrust reversers were not in the correct position and caused the tires to blow out shortly after take off.
William L. Robinson, a lawyer for the companies, said that "the terms of the settlement were confidential."
