Courtney Love posts FaceBook rant about losing custody of daughter

Former Hole singer Courtney Love has posted one of her infamous FaceBook rants about losing legal guardianship of daughter 17-year-old Frances Bean Cobian.

According to celebrity news site TMZ.com, Wendy O'Connor and Kimberly Cobain - the mother and sister of her ex-husband, Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain - were awarded temporary custody of 17-year-old Frances during a hearing at the California Superior Court in Los Angeles this past Friday (December 11). O'Connor previously took guardianship of Frances between 2003 and 2005 after Love was hospitalised following a drug overdose.

While Love and her spokesman have both denied claims that she lost legal guardianship of Frances due to a drugs relapse, she blames Frances for the whole thing.

"I hate to sound cold," she wrote on her FaceBook page, "but any kid of mine who pulls this shit has lost her position. She was deceptive, she lied and she’s lying to herself. My daughter is not always honest. Frances is clearly deluded!"

"Frances is a wonderful kid," she added. "[But] she’s got bad people around her and wants it both ways. You could’ve asked for emancipation… You realise this will put you in juvenile family circus three times in your little life? I love you and always will unconditionally."

and a deadly person. An addict is not capable of seeing things other than from his/her own point of view despite the realities. I wish Frances peace and a lot of support from her surroundings who truly understands that ms. Love is not a mother but an addict.

Bad things happen to good people all the time. There's nothing you can do sometimes. I have a 17 year old as well and shes just like that (clearly deluded!) Teens want what they want, when they want it! No questions. I wish you both Peace of Mind, and Blessings of Support, health , and good friendships this Holiday, and threw-out the New year!!!

I thot kerrang was ment to be about music? and when they done the best rock stars i never seen jim morrison clearly this so cold ROCK magazine needs a kick up the ass and this is old news its so predictable and everyday news everyone has there problems and deal with them in diffrent ways deal with the consequence u made the bed lie in it!
