Evile memorial shows and benefit raffle

Huddersfield thrashers Evile will host two benefit shows - headlined by Irish thrashers Gama Bomb - to raise money for the family of bassist Mike Alexander, who sadly passed away on October 5 while they were on tour in Sweden with Amon Amarth and Entombed.

The band are holding a raffle too. Among the loot kindly donated by bands are Megadeth guitar gear, Iron Maiden ‘Eddie’s Evil Brew’ beer, signed Metallica swag, and a guitar custom-made for Gary Holt of Exodus. In addition, there will be an auction for a guitar owned and used by Phil Demmel of Machine Head.

The full list of prizes can be seen on the Mike Alexander website.

The dates of the memorial shows are as follows:

December
07 Leeds, Rios
08 London, Camden Underworld

Tickets are available from the Mike Alexander website, and at the memorial gigs next week, featuring Gama Bomb, Mutant and Seregon. All money raised will be donated to Mike’s family.

Talk about going faggy

These where announced about a month ago and you've only just reported them?

Obviously to busy reporting on Wentz' haircut rather than a musicians death
