Blink 182 announce European dates!

Blink 182 will play their first European dates since they reunited last February vocalist / bassist Mark Hoppus has confirmed.

"I have been asked to announce that Blink 182 are once again heading back over the pond for a few weeks of touring in Europe during the summer of 2010,” he said in an official statement.

“Exact dates and schedules are going to be released over the next couple of months by the promoters,” he added. “We’re very excited to get back on the road overseas this next year. See you at the shows!"

Two of the band’s confirmed shows include the Area 4 Festival in Oberhausen, Germany on August 21 and the Highfield Festival in Hohenfelden, Germany on August 22.

i flew over last august to san diego from the uk to see them. totally worth it. i cant wait till they are over here :)

i hope they come to glasgow!
but if not then i'd gladly go anywhere in the uk to see them.
i've been dying for uk dates since they got back together.

After the abysmal show they put on at the SECC the last time they played in Scotland, I wouldn't shell out another £40 or whatever ridiculous amount they charge to see them if they played in my back garden.

They destroyed my opinion of them the last time they played where they clearly couldn't give two shits that thousands of people turned out to see them, payed a ridiculous amount for their tickets and got ripped off at the merch stall for them.

Blink 182 used to be my favourite band and I saw them live twice when they played in Scotland. They're no longer my favourite band and I will not support them any further. I'll be downloading the new CD as compensation for the gig ticket and track top they ripped me off with back when I still enjoyed them.

oh mann i hope they do an irish date, they probably will seeing how their last ever gig (before the reunion) was here.. if they dont come here i'll actually go over to england instead to see them (:

well based on the dates u can pretty much guess that reading/leeds will be on of their dates during the summer european tour xD
