Kids In Glass Houses team up with The Saturdays

Kids In Glass Houses have enlisted the help of girl group The Saturdays and pop-punk heroes New Found Glory for their upcoming second album, The Dirt.

The follow-up to 2008’s Smart Casual, features The Saturdays’ Frankie Sandford on the track Undercover Lover and NFG lend their support on the track Maybe Tomorrow.

The full tracklisting is as follows:

01 Artbreaker I
02 The Best Is Yet To Come
03 Sunshine
04 Matters at all
05 Youngblood
06 Lilli Rose
07 Giving up
08 For Better Or Hearse
09 Undercover Lover (featuring Frankie Sandford)
10 Maybe Tomorrow (featuring New Found Glory)
11 The Morning Afterlife
12 Hunt The Haunted
13 Artbreaker II
14 Believer (bonus track)
15 Reputation (bonus track)
16 When The World Comes Down (bonus track)

“The album doesn't pander to any fleeting trends,” reckons frontman Aled Phillips. “It’s the most honest record we could have made. There are a few curveballs. It’s a bit rawer than our first. It’s quite a bit more expansive and the arrangements are more interesting.

“It was a lot of fun [to record],” he adds. “We all just wanna be Prince, really.”

The Dirt will be released on March 29 via Roadrunner.

that sucks, i mean (the saturdays)! their just lowering themselves, why join with a weak laim pop group when your supposed to be a rising rock band. When i heard some of their new songs i thought they were actually improving but then they go spoiling it by letting "Frankie" sing with them! at least they've got new found glory to make up for it..

it could have been worse, they could have chosen one of the other saturdays, who are all far worse singers than frankie. new found glory though ... argh! i never really liked them for some reason! Maybe Tomorrow, will possibly change my view though :)

How can you think it's 'sucks' without even hearing it? It could be the best song KIGH have ever written. If you've heard 'Youngblood', then 'Hunt The Haunted' and now 'Matters At All', then you'll know they've written some great songs for this album, onto a winner.

Good on Kids I say, as long as it's a good song I don't give a fuck. Go listen to All Time Low or AAR if you wanna listen to the same old boring shite.

Maybe these people are saying it sucks not because it's got Frankie on, but because it's got KIGH on it?

...first the saturdays invide titp, now they're invading the pop punk scene, aswell as invading the only place i can go to get away from all the mediocre poppy shit. What's next, cheryl cole gonna team up with bmth?

On another note, invade is a funny word. =]

Please, Cheryl Cole's had enough of being pissed on by her husband, you really think she'll team up with that serial inconinent buffoon from BMTH?
Especially after she would outgrowl him?

I like the Saturdays, not their biggest fan, granted, but I think the song really works! It shouldn't be judged straight away because it has a "main stream pop" artist featuring, give it a chance! If you still don't like it after that, fair play.

too right! stop judging a song just because who is on it! judge the song because of the song, get a grip! its a good song and i bet if you all listened to that song without knowing who was on it then your opinions would be different!
