Howard Jones leaves Killswitch Engage tour

Killswitch Engage frontman Howard Jones has left the band’s current US tour with The Devil Wears Prada and Dark Tranquillity due to “unforeseen circumstances”.

An official statement from the band reads as follows:

“Killswitch Engage vocalist Howard Jones is leaving the band’s current headlining tour with The Devil Wears Prada and Dark Tranquility due to unforeseen circumstances. All That Remains vocalist Phil Labonte will be filling in for Jones for a few shows in the interim, until the KsE guys can determine what the plan will be for the remaining tour dates, which are currently scheduled to run through the end of March.”

Why would they have Phil Labonte fill in if Jesse is coming back, as great as it would be i don't think that will happen :(

Dark Tranquillity opening for Killswitch Engage! Should be the other way round seeing that Killswitch stole their sound from them!

Completely doubt that Jesse is returning as he is currently already in a metal band who released their first album about 4 months ago and they're doing pretty well. if howard leaves that'll suck but if he does it certainly wont be for a pop puink band dude, cause his voice is really suited to that lol, he probs has had an urgent family issue come up or summin to do with his managering bands. i doubt hell leave kse

Howard joining KSE was one of the best things that happened to the band. Not saying he is KSE, but with Jesse on vocals, that band wasn't going anywhere.

Oh, and I saw Dark Tranquillity last night, opening for KSE. You're right, they shouldn't have been opening...they shouldn't have even been on the lineup. They were, hands down, the worst of the three bands.

Hopefully, Howard deals with whatever the issue is and returns ASAP.

howard is an amazing vocalist for METAL...not pop punk..he isnt fuckin leaving kse!!! and yea..jesse was okay...but no way in hell is he better than howard...they may have done okay w/ jesse....but they wouldve neeeevverrr been this big.....KSE 4LIFE!

There are actually a variety of particulars like that to take into consideration. That could be a nice level to bring up. I provide the thoughts above as common inspiration however clearly there are questions just like the one you convey up where crucial factor will be working in sincere good faith. I don?t know if finest practices have emerged around things like that, but I am sure that your job is clearly identified as a good game. Both boys and girls feel the impact of only a second’s pleasure, for the rest of their lives.
