Heres the thing, i luv Nirvana and Kurt Cobain is a fucking legend, but if you keep on writing about him your not gonna have much to write about him on things like the 20th or 25th anniversary of his passing which is a big milestone, your just basically gonna be writing bout the same thing every time

as good as nirvana were, it's getting REALLY FUCKING ANNOYING seeing you guys doing a front-page feature on them on every single anniversary of kurt's death.
sure, do it on the big milestones, 10, 20 etc, but sticking a dead artist's face on the cover of your magazine evry year to try and make a few extra bob is pretty much equivalent to shitting on his memory.

I second this. We Are The Fallen are just......well I can't take them seriously, not at all. And its VERY rare that I dislike a band this much, I usually don't tend to care what people do with their bands/music. Its a free world. But damn I hate this band.

Kurt Cobain is a fucking legend, and I totally agree about it should be left to the milestones like 20 25 etc but shut the fuck up whoever said people kick more ass today is stupid, Kurt was the last of the rock legends.

I'm not a fan of Kurt Cobain and Nirava (Heart Shaped Box was pretty good tbf) but, honestly Kerrang! just drop it. Stop writing about him near enough every year, save it for the 20/25/30 etc. Give the guy some respect.

Thanks kerrang erm I haven't bought this issue yet but i would like to get it mainly to read the 'We Are The Fallen' interview(believe me or not) I love 'Evanescence' and Amy Lee(My Idol)And 'Evanescence' are my fav band ever but i also like 'We are the fallen'.Why are people moaning all the time?? It's pathetic please grow up.

Oh and kerrang Please listen to me..Can you please put a Evanescence or Flyleaf poster in your next or future issue because that would be great,i would prefer a big one, Thanks.

its annoying how every issue has something to do with hayley william, josh franchesci etc...i have to rip half the stuff out. and stop making everything abotu jimmy. his death makes me cry cos he was my hero and you just make me sad almost every week!

Uh. I agree with every other reader. The posters which are in the magazine for Nirvana are fair enough. But the repeats of the same thing is quite annoying. Every week, or every other issue in fact, you only aim at ONE specific audience from my point of view. One minute it's far the hardest rockers like this weeks, then it's pop punk or softer type of rock. You ever try doing more than one kind of thing at once? Like some Paramore, some Steel Panther, and stuff like that. I'm not saying put as much as you can every week, because that's near impossible because not every band's doing something. But that doesn't stop you from making bigger spreads about new bands. You could also try and stop backing posters. It annoys me when I like both of the bands on either side of the page. Which brings me to my last note: MY POSTERS WERE STOLEN. And before you say "You should have checked" Every other issue, the posters were intact, AND it's not like I'm going to be weary of POSTER thieves. And yes, it's partly the distributor's fault. Damn you WHSmith, but you could at least do something to make sure that they CAN'T be stolen. GEEZ. Lots of venting.

please stop writing about Paramore OR Any shitty bands like it.i was surprised that ur readers pick hayley williams 2nd rock icon of 21st century.she did nothing to rock music.nothing at all.
if u want to write about punk there are a lot of bands that are worth writing for.i mean bands like green day or bad religion are legends but writing about mcr o fall out boy is nonsense.
im surprised how a band like mcr can have a lot of fans like this.they practically did the same thing that the band like green day and misfits did but they are so weak that they cant even do exactly what these bands did.green day made a rock opera and a concept album and they did the same and the people were stupid enough to buy it.

If you don't think Paramore are deserving, you try and start a band from scratch, write amazing songs and handle the limelight like they do.
They're also not ashamed of saying they're christian, which I think is a very brave thing to do. I admire that.

I know! Seriously, MCR are never in Kerrang any more! For God's sake, Bob's left, they're recording a new album and Frank's expecting twins in the summer. Not even one little paragraph for us MCR lovers though... but at least Gerard came 3rd in the top 21st century rock icons.

Some people are being idiots...loads of people want to read about Kurt and his life because they loved his music and what he brung to music and how he influenced many people and still does today....if you dont like it then buy the damn magazine...just show a little respect when commenting !!

I love it that Kurt Cobain is still being put in kerrang, i do agree with only talking about him at his milestones but... i would love it if some big posters of him were put in the kerrang magazine. We will all miss Jimmy Sullivan and to be honest we havent had alot of news about him neither posters so i dont get why people are saying stop talking about him he is dead ?!! He is still a great member of Avenged Sevenfold and he has only just past away... yes i feel sorry for the people who do mourn over him but atleast he is being remembered.
