Way says a listing for a new DVD entitled The Midnight Curfew is nothing to do with the band or their hotly anticipated follow-up to 2006's The Black Parade.
"The new album is not titled Midnight Curfew," he wrote on Twitter. "That is an unauthorized biography DVD that we have nothing to do with. Buyer beware."
I'm an mcr fan but I'm really losing patience with them now, stop the pointless updates unless it's an update involving when the album will be released!!

Shut the fuck up moaning about when they're going to release the album, they'll do it when they fucking do it. You people obviously have no concept of how long it takes to get perfection, what would you rather, them release a pile of shit this instant or hear what they actually intend to put out? It's made all the more hard that they're coming off the back of an album that had them touring for like 2-3 years. Green Days American Idiot came out and it took them another like 5 years to release their next one, same with anything Slipknot release, it's because what they release is top notch and they want to make sure they do the same next time.

I don't think some people realise just how much hard work goes into writing, recording, mixing mastering, creating the marketing, and releasing something of this magnitude. Maybe give them a little slack, coz it is a lot of hard work to make something that is worth the wait.

i am big fan of mcr but with no new tunes its a bit hard to keep listening to them...you need new stuff, its how the world works and since you only have three albums to your name you shouldnt be taking this long to put out a punk record. unless of coursae you are too busy pandering or you've lost all ability to make new music.

Im still not sure why people make hate comments about bands and things that they dont like? If you dont like it.....just dont click on it....isnt that simple enough for people?
Anyway in my opinion people should respect a band, and if they wanna take their time then let them. I mean its a very long proccess, composing the music, recording it, editing it, getting all the publicity for it, getting an album design and creating the actual cds ect and then beginning the sales. Not to mention that these men all have families.
Honestly, if your a fan of their music. You'll wait, sure its difficult but its not impossible ^^
And also i dont believe My Chemical Romances genre of music is Emo....so no one should really be calling them Emo. I think Alternative is a better way to put it, I think.

I've been an MCR fan for 6 years but they are annoying me with their useless updates. If they are gonna have an update make it a useful update about when the album will be released.

He said that the album's title is not Midnight Curfew. That is not the same as saying it doesn't have a title. <_< He was just dispelling a false rumor reported by MTV.com.

Okay.... If they want to take there time on makeing music. That is fine. I love them to peices yeah. Im a pianist and it takes a long time to record peices of music and get them to perfectiong. like when you write music for instance it seems perfect untill it is played and then you have to start all over again because you realise it clashes with something. So back of guys give them some credit and to all of you who are loosing paciants and dont want to be a fan.. Then im not sure you ever were real fans. We all have to wait for things. And im sure this is the only thing you have to wait for.. So have intrest in somethign eles for the time being rather than downing the guys and leaving pointless ''i hate you now'' comments.

I cant wait for the new album, fair enough they need time, and its going to be tough to make an album better than the black parade! Im glad there not rushing it otherwise it could just turn out shit...
But honestly this long? I know people who arent fans anymore because they've taken so long to make a new album! i mean it was meant to be out ages ago! Its a bit of a piss take as much as i love them, it seems there just taking as much time off as possible and just trying to keep in the magazines with pointless small news.
