The Used pull out of Download

The Used have been forced to pull out of this year's Kerrang!-sponsored Download festival.

The Utah rockers are apparently citing a split for their management for the decision.

"It is with great regret that we have been forced to cancel our upcoming appearances in Europe, UK and Russia, due to unforeseen circumstances resulting in a parting of ways with our management team," said the band in an official statement. "We deeply apologise to our fans who were looking forward to these show.

"We will reschedule these shows as soon as possible," the statement continues. "In the meantime, we have begun writing and recording for our upcoming album. We look forward to returning with a new album and tour dates soon."

The Used r awesome and r 1 of my fav bands. It's a shame they can't play their shows. I wasn't going 2 any of them but i feel 4 the fans who were.

Hold on... you say they are one of your fave bands but you weren't going to see them tour? do you even like music or do you just look at them, like every other 15 year old! i bet you're a fan of crappy boybands like You Me at Six and All Time Low. Boybands with guitars. pathetic. get a life

That's such a stupid comment. Maybe she's not going to see them cause there was no date near her? They are one of my favourite bands (no, not because i like to look at them) but I wasn't going to any of their shows cause I live in Scotland and there was no shows for there.

Maybe you should get a life and stop abusing some kid for liking a band.

Its a real shame for the fans as I have seen the used on their recent uk tour and I can honestly say it was one of the best shows of my life. The Used are an amazing and Inperational band and at least arent like the other crappy over-rated band of today. The Used have worked to get where they are and havent just been snappped up by a record label because their lead singer is mildly attractive and cant sing for toffee...yes I am talking about paramore.

Wow, I love it how The Used are always ready to record new albums. :D Artwork wasn't released long ago either. :D AH, I LOVE THE USED.
