HIM men get set to release new album

HIM guitarist Mikko 'Linde' Lindstrom and keyboard player Janne 'Burton' Puurtinen are gearing up to release Vol. II, the second album by their Daniel Lioneye side-project, next month.

The follow up to 2001's The King Of Rock 'N' Roll will hit stores in the UK on July 19 through The End Records.

Drums for the album are handled by Bolton of Finnish black metallers Enochian Crescent. He replaces Linde and Burton's HIM bandmate, Ville Valo, behind the kit.

In related news, Linde will be attending a pre-listening party for the album in Birmingham tomorrow night (Thursday, June 10) at The Asylum Bar. the party is set tick kick off at 8pm.

i ordered the limited edition of this album from theomega store and got it in like april, they should have at least noted it got an american release 2 months ago
