The music I listen to is by real bands like Metallica, Slipknot, Rage Against The Machine, Slayer, you know bands that can play music not some shitty pop band that's main is from teeny wee girls. Are Paramore going to stand the test of time the way bands like RATM and Metallica somehow I think not.

Paramore are a fantastic pop-rock group and they WILL stand the test of time, hell look at No Doubt and how good their still doing, seriously you've lost the argument and before you start saying my taste in music is awful i'll name a few of my favorite bands:

Killswitch Engage, Bowling for Soup, Simple Plan, In Flames, Lamb of God, BFMV, Slipknot, Muse, Paramore, Children of Bodom, Blink 182, Def Leppard, ACDC, Chimaira. Oh and i've seen most of the bands I just mentioned live before you sprout shit from your mouth.

Your argument falls flat there. Of course RATM stood the test of time, otherwise there wouldn't have been these calls for a reunion, such worldwide press coverage when they did. There wouldn't have been such demand for the gig at Finsbury. As for using No Doubt as an example, I think everybody forgot about them as they split up AGES ago, recently announced a comeback and have done very little since then. Surely you would also argue who are System Of A Down as they split up AGES ago aswell. My music doesn't just stop at Metal music, I have seen and listen to other bands such as Rise Against, Billy Talent, Green Day, Anti-Flag, Foo Fighters, Zebrahead so it is not limited to one genre. So you should learn to talk some sense aswell.

i agree with slimmy and smark and the cancer guy. you honestly think paramore will stand the test of time? it wasnt that long ago that they cancelled gigs due to them "not getting on" and in doing so dicked me out of seeing new found glory. and i find it so strange that when kerrang post every tiny detail of news on paramore, they decide not to discuss the fact that this wonderful role model for young girls has naked pictures of herself floating around the internet. great job you ginger cunt. paramores music isnt even pop rock. its just pop. i love all different kinds of music such as heavy metal, punk, any 60s or 80s music, even some emo bands, but paramore just dont deserve the kind of praise they get. when emergency came out i thought hmm they sound quite good, and then each song got more and more pop like. no thanks. and if anyone says you have to see them live or some shit i saw them live off the back of emergency years ago, and again at download. they are awful live. just awful.

I have no interest in paramore, nor other bands mentioned here, but how dare you mention or bring up the want for somebody to get cancer. Its a cheap and disgusting way to create a reaction from other people and personally feel that Kerrang! themselves should probably keep more up to date on what's being posted on their site. Saw them on Tuesday @ the Kings Hall. It was only my second concert but was by far the best, Will deffinatly be headin to that.x

Don't be hating on Hayley, she's pretty good, but after seeing them with green day on Wednesday can't see myself rushing go to this, i am a pretty big Pramore fan but they were pathetically bad in Marlay, Green Day blew them out of the water, completely and utterly, no comparison. Green day were amazing though, has to be said. Best band ever:)

The first time I saw them was off the back of emergency n thought they'd be good. They weren't. At download we were waiting for enter shikari to come on and wanted a good spot so had to sit thru paramore. I paid money to them the first time. The second time was for the download festival. So if you think I paid all that money to go to download and see paramore then it is you who is the fuckin thick shit
