Young Guns get set for new single

Young Guns have revealed that they will be releasing live favourite Crystal Clear as a single on July 26.

"Crystal Clear is about growing up and realising that things aren't delivered to you on a plate," explains frontman Gustav Wood. "But, that in the face of disappointment and disillusionment, holding your head up high is something in itself to be proud of. Against all odds, I've managed to end up being a part of something special that really matters to me, and it has shown me the value of direction and the importance of working towards something."

The track is culled from their debut album, All Our Kings Are Dead, which is set to hit stores in the UK on July 12.

OhmyGod, I seriously cannot wait for this album! Young Guns are seriously awesome!
And yeah, the song is freakin' amazing live! He taught us the chorus too. They were very good, and charismatic.
Oh, by the way, sorry for the exclamation-mark abuse. I'm just too excited right now.

terrible band. why the fuck would any be liking this?
they have one average song. songwriting is terrible its just a "scene" thankfully it will pass soon enough

Sorry, but the hell?! If you dont like the band then for 1- why comment on a story about them, 2- if you dont like them why listen and 3 - if you have an opinoin why not keep it to yourself!

Why is it that bands that are different always get shit written about them? Do you see bands like slipknot and ax7 getting slated? No

That's because the people that dont like them keep it to themselves and actually have some sense!

after having looked at the track listing for the album it's pretty cool of them to have only two previously released songs not taken from the album (i.e. Winter Kiss and Weight Of The World) and Crystal Clear heard it on K! radio scorchin' track, Lookin' forward to the album XD

Dear Fumer, it would be appreciated if you kept all negative opinions to yourself as you obviously have no idea about respecting peoples opinions you ignorant moron, quite clearly not everyone is going to like the same music but the simple truth is if you don't like them don't listen to them but don't try being a dick to look cool. The reason they are well liked is because of the charisma they ooze onstage which is a real reason to respect any band whether you like them or not.

i cant believe the amount of backlash there has been against Fumer!
although i actually like this song, there is a comments area on this site for a reason... and should not just be used for positive feedback. you say why bother listening to it if you dont like it., if he is anything like me i am very open to new music how was he supposed to know he didnt like it until he had listened it!
"keep you opinion to yourself" again, thats what comments are for you are not telling people who have left positive feedback to keep it to themselves....

Melissa, he said he liked one song so why wouldnt he listen to a new track?

I agree, Young Guns are too cool for their own good, but 'fumer' is intitled to his own opinions. Also, 'alison', you've kind of contradicted yourself by saying 'keep your opinions to yourself' then saying 'The people that dont like Young Guns clearly dont have good taste!!'. Just sayin' :D
