no idea why they've added more dates... they didn't manage to sell out the CIA the first time round.

They added more dates because the tour is pretty much sold out as it is.
There's about 2 blocks of sitting tickets at each event.

However, I don't know why the hell they've got 2 Brighton dates. That's really odd... You knida have expected them to play Nottingham or something. Weird

Posted by God | July 27, 2010 10:23 AM | Reply to this

they should do an Irish date (Belfast!)

Posted by Natasha | July 27, 2010 10:40 AM | Reply to this

Well this sucks, they add new dates but NO FUCKIN LIVERPOOL? Seriously loads of big bands go there but 30STM decide their too "cool" to go to Liverpool? ffs!

Take the piss too that the Manchester date is SOLD OUT yet they don't add ANOTHER DATE.

dublin is a 45minute plane flight from the uk...add a bloody irish date..we exist too

Posted by ... | July 27, 2010 10:47 AM | Reply to this

Why does no one ever come to Sheffield? D:
We deserve good music too...

Posted by Charlie | July 27, 2010 11:03 AM | Reply to this

I agree with the person above me.. Why no Dubin date? They did one for the Feb tour but I need to see them now cos Enter Shikari are there too :(

Posted by Cathal | July 27, 2010 11:04 AM | Reply to this

Is Enter Shikari supporting them in cardiff?

Posted by Isobelle | July 27, 2010 11:31 AM | Reply to this

You guys have never heard of trains have you.... if i'm gonna travel from sheffield to manchester i think you can aswell.

Posted by Fred | July 27, 2010 11:35 AM | Reply to this

Ahem. Where is Dublin??!

Posted by Emma | July 27, 2010 11:38 AM | Reply to this

Isobelle - Enter Shikari will be supporting them on ALL dates.

Dublin - hold tight, they are not done on announcing gigs yet so you never know... I think there are a few European dates to come yet. Also - they have already confirmed some festival dates in Oz for 2011 so I dont think they are giving up on the touring just yet !!

On top of that - Dublin is one of Jareds favourite places so I shouldnt think it will be missed all together. Might just have to wait a while !

Posted by TAG | July 27, 2010 12:23 PM | Reply to this

They should play the SECC in glasgow as well, or play in Edinburgh. Me and my friends want to go, but we don't have a way of getting to aberdeen :(

Posted by Jay | July 27, 2010 12:25 PM | Reply to this

I think it's in Ireland, Emma.

Posted by Kat | July 27, 2010 12:35 PM | Reply to this

I really hope they add a Glasgow date! Or an Edinburgh one. Me and my mates can't get to Aberdeen :/ It's too expensive.

Posted by Chloe | July 27, 2010 12:43 PM | Reply to this

OMG CARDIFF!
Enter Shikari with them too! :D?

Can't wait!
also, @Jessy - this is a UK tour, not brazil
and
@Anonymous Person - no they don't think their too cool for Liverpool you fucking idiot, maybe they just couldn't get the venue.

Posted by Lee Johnson | July 27, 2010 12:49 PM | Reply to this

@Anonymous Person - The Manchester date took over a month to sell out, it's your own fault if you weren't quick enough.

Posted by Ryan D | July 27, 2010 12:49 PM | Reply to this

this is gay they add two dates in brighton when they said theyd return to bournemouth wat the hell

still not coming to ireland then thanks guys

Posted by cahir | July 27, 2010 1:06 PM | Reply to this

Yeah to be honest, Jared does seem to love ireland. I can wait as long as it would happen, but after the crowd reaction at Oxegen this year, i wouldnt be surprised if they skip us this time around. It was appalling. Jared stopped the show more than once to get people into it..most were just in the crowd waiting for Prodigy to come one..shame

Posted by ... | July 27, 2010 1:35 PM | Reply to this

they have being here(dublin) twice already more than most bands around, even played 2 gigs in one night which i was at!it was a bad move playin the o2 last year as it wasnt even half full but might be a bit more fuller now due to them being more main stream now thanks to a certain radio station that goes round and round!so i dont think they will want to play to half a crowd again so will need a more suitable venue over here.but they are amazing live.also people need to realise its not just jared in the band and just because he is a actor thats why they call themselves fans!!can guarantee u they wont know any song before this is war came out!!

Posted by rob | July 27, 2010 1:52 PM | Reply to this

Who are playing with paramore? in november ?? in ireland?? D O2??
(I know this is really random on a 30STM thing but i wanna know relli bad xD )

Posted by Robyyyyn | July 27, 2010 1:59 PM | Reply to this

anytime paramore play here they always have a local irish band so prob fox avenue or jody has a hitlist!!its november in the o2 yeah!

Posted by rob | July 27, 2010 2:07 PM | Reply to this

The O2 was way to big at the time for 30stm, they even had a sitting area curtained off cause they didnt sell the seats..but they put on one hell of a show!
was so happy to get to hear Buddha for Mary and Fantasy. Fantasy Kicks ASS live!

still it would be nice to be included in this tour

Posted by ... | July 27, 2010 2:42 PM | Reply to this

as much as dont like Jared personally, I do like 30STM as a band. Wouldnt mind seeing them at Newcastle but it'll probs sell out waaaaaaaay before I have the chance to get a ticket xD

Posted by fudgefudge | July 27, 2010 2:44 PM | Reply to this

they came to nottingham last time and didnt sell it out...still i wish they would come back so i could go see em! We get paramore insted...NOT thats bad! but i really want to see 30 seconds to mars...

Posted by Rosie | July 27, 2010 3:02 PM | Reply to this

i dont like jared much simply because he's cheesy as fuck (read the Q+A in the new issue) and because i love ian watkins

Posted by Shannen Spence | July 27, 2010 5:57 PM | Reply to this

OH COME OFF IT! ADD ANOTHER LONDON DATE! I am NOT gonna be stuck with Level 4 seated at O2 - you can't see anything up there! :( x

glasgow please! we can't all afford to travel to the other end of the country :(

Posted by hannah | July 27, 2010 9:18 PM | Reply to this

And once again Scotland has only one date. I'm not forking out £40 to get a train to Aberdeen.

Posted by Connor | July 27, 2010 9:35 PM | Reply to this

I Agree With Natasha! Why Do Bands ALWAYS Leave Out LIVERPOOl! We Do Exist To! + People In Manchster Are Selfish. I Had To Travel From Liverpool To Manchster To See Paramore As There Were No Liverpool Dates And When There Were Liverpool But No Manchster Dates They "DEMANDED" Them And They Got Them. Liverpool Is Just As Important As Manchster! + Why Do 30 STM Always Dodge IRELAND?! They Do Exist Also! Rant Over.

Posted by Rachel Dunster | July 27, 2010 10:58 PM | Reply to this

I live in Somerset but I'm quite happy to get a train to see them play in Birmingham, I'm just made up they're doing another tour in the Uk before heading back to the USA or where ever.
I don't think its solely down to the band if they're not playing in your part of the country, the tour manager, booking agent and gig promoter all have something to do with it, Don't they?

Posted by Sue | July 27, 2010 11:48 PM | Reply to this

I am going to see them both nights they are in Brighton, Cardiff, Birmingham, Newcastle, The O2 London, Manchester, Aberdeen.... In fact I am going to EVERY date on their UK tour and can't wait !

Jared leto should never fucking make music, ever again.
I hope you're all ashamed of yourselves.
And don't say "Oh but we're entitled to our opinions, freedom of speech, different people like different things, blah blah". 30 Seconds to Mars are fucking shit.

Posted by The Crunch | July 29, 2010 1:08 AM | Reply to this

I think 30 seconds to mars should come to Belfast (Ireland) because they go all over England then to Dublin and I never get to see them! If theyre gonna add more dates it should be to Belfast too!

Posted by Rachel | July 29, 2010 2:33 PM | Reply to this

is this an extension of the february 2010 tour? I went to nottingham then but am considering going to this one as well if its a different tour....

Posted by sal | July 30, 2010 10:51 AM | Reply to this

Sal - This tour is an extension of the Feb 2010 tour, its all part of the Into The Wild world tour... Whilst you saw one of the very first shows on the tour in Nottingham, the format is now a little different, they have really tightened up the set list and whereas in the Feb shows they played different songs and mixed it up a bit, it tends to be much more of a proper set list now, even with Jared saying some of the same things in between songs as he had the show before... I think this is just because of the amount of shows they are doing. Seeing as they have now confirmed their first 2011 shows aswell I should think there wil be more of the same.

That being said the show is exceptional and they do sometimes mix up the older stuff from the first two albums. I would definitely see them again though, they really are on top of their game at the moment :)
