The Relentless Energy Drink Kerrang! Awards Podcast: Part 4
This year's K! Awards hosts Scott Ian and Corey Taylor pay tribute to the late Ronnie James Dio and Paul Gray, who were awarded the Icon and the Services To Metal awards respectively at last night's Relentless Energy Drink Kerrang! Awards.
because he wasn't as influential as Dio and Paul. he was good and all but the stuff Dio did for metal is so much to be grateful for and Paul, well as Corey said, he was the heart of Slipknot, one of the coolest, greatest and influential metal bands of the 21st century.

that's fuckin shit. The rev has been playing his whole life and even though i am a long time slipknot fan, paul is just as good as most bassist out there. the rev on the other hand is probably with the best of the drummers in the world. so i wouldn't talk about how he wasn't AS influential. that just sounds stupid and you obviously don't know how much the rev meant to avenged sevenfold and how they will never be the same without him. so don't try and say that he wasn't as influential cause you just sound like a fucking moron.
