i thought it was actually cancelled, cause the 'new guns n roses' will never live up to the almighty original Guns N Roses.

I wish the cancellation was true.... I am just not looking forward to it at all....

They have and always will one of the most overrated pieces of shit ever. I wish they would just give up already, how old is he now, 50? I'm sorry but there is nothing appealing about watching a grandad on stage no matter how "good" they used to be.

dude.. The most important part in Old GNR is Slash.. Totally crap when you say Singer is the major part..

Look at it this way, given Axl's wonderful time keeping abilities, anyone who's going to Reading/Leeds the day GN'R are playing can probably go and see whatever other band (LCD Soundsystem?) are headlining other stage/s and still see GN'R before they even start on stage, now that's value for a ticket!

It's a shame the same can't be said for Ian Watkins... the twitter being hacked part, considering he's been horrible to fans, sorry, I mean people who used to be fans, and who used to look up to him... They were fans until he was a prick..

To be honest if you couldn't see Ian Watkins was a prick ages ago, then perhaps you are the biggest prick of them all.

whats all this ian watkins hate ? so he's a little cocky but he's a nice bloke, I met him in cardiff and he was awesome, took the time to talk to us, photos and everything.

So what if Ian Watkins was rude to people on twitter? It must be hard work talking to and putting up with stalkerish fans all the time. I saw one girl call "aledtouchedme", I mean how sad is that?

to be fair re:ian watkins he was getting shitty with people yesterday because the girl who started throwing shit at him called him a peadophille and accused him od sleeping with 10 year old girls...quite frankly id rip the shit out of someone if they threw that at me too...just because your in a band doesnt mean you should take all sorts of bs like that.

What is wrong with u people? Give axl a break! It wasn't only his fault for what happened to GNR back in the day it was the whole bands! Plus the new record is f'n amazing!! No wonder why it took so long to come out, well worth the wait. Besides new GNR musically is much better than old just not as groovin as the old days. Still this is my fav GNR record besides Appetite. I cant wait to c them again!! So glad their shows arent cancelled! With that I'll leave u mindless fools who are bitter about the past with some great advice from the man himself about ur opinions towardsthe new GNR...."IT DON'T REALLY MATTER!"

Nostalgia is causing many old bands to try and re-live what they once had........unfortunately this does not always do their reputation any good......O.o

i was just stating that u couldn't replace axl cause he has a very unique voice but anyone can learn to play guitar... and of course i love slash... his new album is great.

as for the ian watkins on twitter thing... if i got as much shit as he does on twitter i'd be rude too. i quite like a straight forward frontman, better than someone whos reply to every question is "i love my fans" cough...cough..jared leto! plus that girl on twiiter who said ian asked her to strip and starve her self was a 13 year old attention seeker who said those things cause ian called her needy for always asking him for a reply.

sorry but if you think axl is so great you havnt heard myles kennedy he was incredible with slash at download and nailed the guns songs they did together

you should be grateful this band are playing they beat the absoulute crap out of the old band and that aint easy the old band were awsome but musician wise not a patch on this band they r awsome live so go and watch some other pony on the other stages

The UK & a huge part of the USA haven't seen the current show yet..It blows our minds away to other level!!!..During the show, we never remember any of the former members 'cause the current ones are a very talented musicians. They fill any space very well..we never feel any diference! There is a real chemistry between all the members of the band on the stage and you transmit it to the heart to us, your fans.. Asia, Canada, South and Central America and Europe have been witness of a fantastic show, a polished-sounded solid band with a spectacular gig with pyro and lights show and the amazing performance from the best rock singer ever, Mr. Axl Rose, whose voice is still so powerfull and envolving like the 80's and 90's. He's arriving late at any show, yes, he's always been, it's not a surprise, guys. The band gets on stage when they feel ready to show why they are THE BEST AND DANGEROUS ROCK BAND OF THE WORLD: GUNS N' ROSES ---and they never dissapoint us!

Yes, Axl has a very unique voice, but saying "anyone can play guitar" is just ignorant. True, anybody can pick up the instrument an strum a few chords, but not everyone can play the guitar with talent an meaningfulness, not everyone can play solos that stir up different emotions in people, and no one can be like slash O.o
