My mate rang me earlier all excited about the Reading show, but I can't go. As with last year's tour, they're clashing with Alexisonfire. Two of my favourite bands and they seem to clash all the time :(

You're fucking idiots. A good band is going to be a good band until the end, no matter if they are "popular" or not. Lady Gaga is popular and..... fucking shit music that's it.
However i bet you are more popular then them... they are a bunch of nice guys, not idiots that need to do controversial things to became famous! They make fucking awesome music and if i'm from Portugal and i'm commenting here that means a lot! ;)
Just for you to know.... they are touring with BFMV arround Europe and they made 2 sold out shows at London's Shepherds Bush Empire and at Cardiff University.... i think that means how big they still are ;)

LOL ohh dear, you may not like Funeral, but they still have a dedicated fan base who still admire what they're doing. Not every albums gonna be Casually Dressed.2.3.4.5... A band evolves and if people can't handle that well more fool them. Funeral still produce great music, they're doing what they want and havent sold out to anyone, unlike some bands I care to mention. You may not like them, but there's still life in FFAF, you don't have to be popular to be a great band...
