My Chemical Romance announce UK dates

My Chemical Romance will play two UK dates in October as part of their The World Contamination Tour in support of their new album, Danger Days: The True Lives Of The Fabulous Killjoys.

Dates are as follows:

October
23 London, Hammersmith Apollo
24 Manchester, Apollo
25 Edinburgh, Corn Exchange

Tickets go on sale this Friday (September 24) at 9AM from www.aloud.com.

Danger Days: The True Lives Of The Fabulous Killjoys will be released in the UK on November 22.

they're obviously going to announce another tour once the album is actually out... i guess these shows are kind of preview shows... i'd imagine a large arena tour sometime next year.

Ooh my.. If I can't get a ticket to the London gig I might get violent!
Last time I saw them live was in 2007 with Mikey being away and the whole band being kinda off-key and tired. These gigs can't be anything less but amazing! Never mind the price of that ticket, I need it!

@Melanie Brehaut- I'm sorry that there are no tour dates in Ireland, even tho its so close by. But think, I'm in a different country as well & there is also a MUCH BIGGER ocean between here & England. If i decided to bitch about there not being any dates in my country it'd be the same deal. I'm sure they'll go to Ireland after the album is released & they go on a huge promption tour around America, Canada & Europe :)

To the idiot that keep asking where the ireland dates are LOOK AT THE HEADLINE it says UK dates.

Mainland ireland is not in the UK so there wont be any dates. A bit shocked there is no welsh date though.

No Ireland date, there's a surprise. And to the person giving out about Irish people giving out about there being no dates here, the few bands who DO come over here include us in their UK tour. And most bands never come here. We'd appreciate some other bands, all we seem to get is U2 and Paramore (not that I'm complaining about that, but I'd like to see someone other than Paramore).
