This song and band sucks, however at least they decided to jump off the lets copy green day with a rock opera album, perhaps the moneys elsewhere now... any real music news kerrang, because this my chemical asslicking is getting boring and the album hasn't even come out yet?

just to put it out there, im not an emo but emo IS way better than metal, they look after the way the dress and take pride in there apperance, and thus get the girls, same as which can not be said for big fat smelly sweaty moshers who are mostly loners, just saying that if they took pride in there apperence they may get somewher in life,

and i dont see how mcr are emo coz bands like slayer and shit like that sing about death and shit, god they must be well emo

I love MCR's new direction and the new song, loved TBP but 3CFSR was a million times better. The only downside is that now K! are gonna whore them out on the website everytime they move, much like what they've done with Paramore.

That's a very very very stereotypical thing for you to say, it's quite stupid to suggest every single person that likes metal is a loner. As a fan of metal myself I do take care of my own appearance, I'm not fat, I have friends and I am getting somewhere in life, I have a job.
Singing about death doesn't make that song emo. You never know the meanining of the song, its a personal thing, it could be fear of death or about someone they knew that died, your just jumping to conclusions.
As far as MCR being emo, they're not it was just a whole cult thing started of by teenagers that made emo a stereotype, it should of just stayed as a music genre. In my opinion MCR are just another rock band.

Here's the point.
Emo, which is just basically a short term for emotional is a genre of music. Once listening to that kind of music, or write that kind of music, it DOES NOT make you an emo. People who call themselves 'emos' just haven't grown up yet or just haven't matured enough to realize that emo doesn't even exist, because actually it's not emo, it's emotional. I'm not an emo hater or anything but, for some My Chemical Romance haters out there, if you do ever hear news about this band, just fuck off, we don't give a crap about what you think. Sure, you're all entitled to your own opinions, but so are we. As for the metal listeners, it's true. Some of them are fat and have mosh pits, but some aren't. If you say metal is better than emotional music, or pop is better than rap or whatever, then fine. It's your opinion. I know some of you like sharing your opinions but if you do share them, try being a much decent person and consider other people's opinion.

yea mate i totally agree with you Romster. Kerrang! totally do whore out the popular acts rather than paying equal attention to the rest of the bands. I mean when Paramore released 'brand new eyes' they were never out of the mags or the website but when HIM released 'Screamworks' they were hardly even noticed by Kerrang because they arent as popular although they are way more talented but unfortunately since Kerrang! wont lay off the way popular ones bands such as HIM or Rise Against arent gettin the right recognition

I used to dig this band... hey.... but this song is really CRAP...ridiculus, really.. hope the rest of the album will be different and this is just the "dosomemoney" single for the kids (below 13)
