Trace Cyrus teams up with dad for new reality TV show about aliens

Former Metro Station frontman Trace Cyrus is teaming up with his dad, Billy Ray 'Achy Breaky Heart' Cyrus, for a new TV show for the SyFy Channel.

The show, dubbed UFO: Unbelievably Freakin' Obvious, is set to follow the father and son duo as they investigate alien sightings, paranormal phenomena and conspiracy theories across the US.

"Getting the opportunity to take this adventure with my son, who has always had a keen interest in this area, is a dream come true," said Billy Ray. "I hope this series can shine a light on some of the activities we have questioned, and the mysteries that have long inspired us."

The series will start screening in the US later this year.

You really couldn't make this shit up.

This article raises two questions...

1) Why the fuck would two redneck idiot musicians be given a science show?

2) Why the fuck are Kerrang! reporting on this shit? Two people with NOTHING to do with rock music are appearing on a TV SHOW about ALIENS... where does this fit in with Kerrang!'s usual content?

Swear to God, every day Kerrang! gets more and more like E!

ZOID, businesses, hospitals and other places of work often have access to computers and the internet - much like we have in our own homes. With these devices, even in places of work, people can access websites during their free time! A shocking revaltion to you, I'm sure, but amazingly, still true.

And yes, the people at Kerrang! do have jobs - their job is to run a magazine and website about rock and alternative music. Their not doing it very fucking well if their telling us about Billy Ray Cyrus' new TV show, are they?
