Plain White T's cancel tonight's gig

US pop-rockers Plain White T's have cancelled tonight's gig (Thursday, November 25) at London's Borderline due to frontman Tom Higgenson falling ill.

"It is with great regret that the Plain White T's must cancel their upcoming 11/25 show at the Borderline," said the band in an official statement. "Unfortunately singer Tom Higgenson has come down with a serious illness. His doctors have put him on bed rest and have advised against any travel for the time being. Tom is expected to make a full recovery, and the Plain White T's hope to re-schedule their London show very soon."

Fans have been urged to contact their point of purchase to obtain refunds.
