Good Charlotte frontman ties the knot

Congratulations To Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden and his fiancée Nicole Richie, who tied the knot on Saturday (December 11).

The couple - who have two children, two-year-old daughter Harlow and one-year-old son Sparrow - wed in front of 130 close friends and family in a private ceremony which was officiated by Run-DMC rapper Joseph 'Rev Run' Simmons in the grounds of Nicole's father, Lionel Richie's Beverley Hills home.

Among the guests were Joel's twin brother, Good Charlotte guitarist Benji, No Doubt vocalist Gwen Stefani and her husband, Bush frontman Gavin Rossdale.

One guest, however, stood out in particular. According to US gossip magazine People, a trained elephant was seen being led into the ceremony. Details concerning the pachyderm's role have been kept firmly under wraps.

Good Charlotte are set to return to the UK and Ireland in February as part of the Kerrang! Relentless energy Drink Tour with Four Year Strong, Framing Hanley and The wonder Years. For tickets, see www.aloud.com.

Alan, I'm curious. What tour would that be then? Cause from what I know, it's definitely not anytime soon considering Parkway are going on a US spring tour in a few months. So if you wouldn't mind sharing the details of that and where you got that from, as a Parkway fan i'd like to know. Thanks.

Yeah just seen it :). I shouldn't just rely on Kerrang to tell me about these things. Southampton is the next city along from me. Would be nice if Parkway Drive were the main support to Bring me.

Kerrang haven't said anything about the BMTH tour as it hasn't been officially announced. None of the bands have actually said the tour is real.
