Congratulations To Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden and his fiancée Nicole Richie, who tied the knot on Saturday (December 11).
The couple - who have two children, two-year-old daughter Harlow and one-year-old son Sparrow - wed in front of 130 close friends and family in a private ceremony which was officiated by Run-DMC rapper Joseph 'Rev Run' Simmons in the grounds of Nicole's father, Lionel Richie's Beverley Hills home.
Among the guests were Joel's twin brother, Good Charlotte guitarist Benji, No Doubt vocalist Gwen Stefani and her husband, Bush frontman Gavin Rossdale.
One guest, however, stood out in particular. According to US gossip magazine People, a trained elephant was seen being led into the ceremony. Details concerning the pachyderm's role have been kept firmly under wraps.
Good Charlotte are set to return to the UK and Ireland in February as part of the Kerrang! Relentless energy Drink Tour with Four Year Strong, Framing Hanley and The wonder Years. For tickets, see www.aloud.com.
