The Wonder Years enter the studio

The Wonder Years have entered the studio to work on their follow-up to 2010's The Upsides.

The Philadelphia pop-punks have picked producer Steve Evetts (Architects, The Dillinger Escape Plan) to oversee the effort, which is set for release later this year.

"[He's] is a legend in our eyes," says frontman Dan 'Soupy' Campbell. "I trust his judgment, I think he's going to help push us to make a better record than we could ever thought possible!"

The band will tour the UK and Ireland next month as part of the Kerrang! Relentless Energy Drink Tour 2011, alongside Good Charlotte, Four Year Strong and Framing Hanley.

This is the most amazing news i've heard so far this year! The Upsides was an outstanding album and definately The best Album of 2010 for me.

Seriously, if you don't know this band you need to sort yourself out right now.

Also, i cannot wait for K! TOUR!
