Wendy Dio has announced details of a tribute tour to her late husband, Ronnie James Dio (pictured with Heaven & Hell) who passed away in May 2010 following a battle with cancer.
Former Dio members - whose line-up features bassist Rudy Sarzo, drummer Simon Wright, guitarist Craig Goldy, and keyboardist Scott Warren - will join former Judas Priest vocalist Tim 'Ripper' Owens and Toby Jepson for a European tour.
The band will tour under the name Dio Disciples.
"There will never be another Ronnie," says Wendy, "but we want to keep his music alive and hope you will support the band and become one of the Dio Disciples."
Tour dates will be announced shortly.
