Murderdolls frontman Wednesday 13 has launched a series of auctions to raise money for Save The Children's Japan Tsunami fund. The band were on tour in Tokyo when the earthquake struck on March 11.
"That was the scariest day of my life without a doubt," says Wednesday. "It's almost beyond words to explain what we felt and witnessed. Japan is my favourite country to visit, tour and I'm just truly, truly saddened by this tragedy."
The frontman is to auction five custom canvas prints (measuring 20 inches by 32 inches) and will be signed and numbered. For more information, click here.
Before the disaster, Wednesday was working on a special remix EP, Re-animated which features five reworkings of tracks taken from his Skeletons CD.
A portion of all sales from the first month of release will be donated to the American Red Cross to assist in their humanitarian efforts in Japan.
