Blink 182 and My Chemical Romance announce US tour
Blink 182 and My Chemical Romance will headline this summer's Honda Civic tour in the US.
The 40 date trek will kick off on August 5 in Holmdel, New Jersey and conclude on October 15 in San Diego, California. Support will come from Manchester Orchestra and Rancid.
Nice to see how they treat their uk fans.
Last date of UK tour was only 2weeks before this one starts!

This news has induced a new level of anger. How dare they do a 40 date tour in the US before they've finished the album they postponed the UK tour for!! In case they've forgotten, they've already done a full us tour. The UK fans just got massively let down all over again!

They re-scheduled the Europe tour remember Travis takes a ship out their cause he doesn't fly anymore so he can't just travel across seas whenever. They want to put the new album out which will be this summer and then they can tour the States then it'll be Christmas and after that they'll head to Europe where mark is moving to. So don't trip peeps.

At least the UK gets the big bands touring there. If you really want to pity a country, ask the fans stuck in South Africa how they feel about being ignored by the big bands they want to watch. We keep getting old, washed up acts at over priced tickets.

@CJL - Why don't you fuck off and learn to spell for a start! Most of us do support British bands you wank-off, but just because we're British doesn't mean we aren't allowed to be fans of foreign groups or feel let-down when those foreign bands decide they're going to cancel our opportunity to see them live so they can tour their home country again.
P.S. Whilst I'm still slightly disappointed that Blink cancelled their UK tour for this, the Americans who go to this are in for a treat!! MCR & Blink on the same night, heaven!!

I'm not going to say that I hate living in the UK because we still get lots of great gigs.
It just makes me angry that a band, especially one as big as blink 182, would postpone their UK tour in order to tour America that just flat out sucks

Blink fans can put a good spin on it but they have stabbed fans in the back. Since this is such a joint tour with MCR and a band as accomplished as Rancid, they will not play much if any from a supposed new album that seems to be taking longer and longer to release. This will be a greatest hits set they apparently didn't want to do in order to compete with the other bands and keep people interested. UK fans have been fucked over well and truly by these wankers.

I think that a good form of protest towards the band would be for no one in the UK to buy their new album when it is released and everyone should download it ilegally instead, as it is reason the tour was cancelled.

I'm pretty sure Blink know what they are doing, plus UK fans should be happy that they've rescheduled the tour, with your best interest in mind. You'd fucking hate it if you paid to see blink but didn't even hear any new songs -even though all their song are awesome but still

plus touring with MCR is like a once in a lifetime opportunity, unline touring int eh UK when they can kinda do it whenever, so i don't think they would have turned that down

I'm so mad right now. My mum bought me tickets - expensive tickets - to go see them in Manchester and even when they postponed the tour I was like "oh yeah, OK, I understand." Now, they've sunk to a new low. They don't give two shits about us - just about the bloody USA. That's all what celebs are obsessed about nowadays - America because it gets them MORE. MONEY.
