HA !!!! trust kerrang magazine to fill up there shite magazine with crappy pop posters !!! also , put a decent band on the cover for a change , ya know , a band that doesn't want to sabotage their career with drugs and alcohol , its a bad influence . BUT k! knows that putting asking Alexandria on the cover will get little pathetic scene kids to buy it , yes , i see what your doing kerrang and it disgusts me . FUCK YOU !!!

YES. I personally will love this issue. But hey, it might not suit you. Tough luck. Maybe the next issue will have some band that YOU love on the cover, and loads of articles that capture your interest. Kerrang! caters for a wide variety of styles, it's not just a metal magazine, or a punk one. It has to be diverse to get a better readership. And I don't mind that, it means I discover new bands through it. You can't always get what you want, eh.

@Believer. No, that isn't true, there is no such thing as "wide variety" in this magazine.

Take a look at the cover. Bands that look, and sound identical.

There's also no-such thing as a "readership" either, the cockpheasants only buy the magazine to cover their walls with whatever crappy posters they give-out.

Look, not every issue can be amazing, they need to pander to all tastes, just either dont buy this weeks, or buy it, and ignore the articles you dont want to read, you're not forced to read them all.
I know im buying this just for Dir En Grey, MCR, Priest, Trivium, Tom Morello and Billie Joe Armstrong articles and reviews. So i'm not complaining.

looks like a AMAZING issue. would of got it today but me and some friends went EVERYWHERE that usually sells it and we couldnt find 1 copy only the slipknot special...we were pretty pissed.

I just wanted to say how outraged I was after reading your article on the mercury awards in (K!1374)
I just don't understand how if a talented band (BMTH) can make a fantastic album like there is a hell and for it to be disregarded by a ''supposedly'' prestigious music awards ceremony just because it is metal. metal is about expressing yourself, being an individual.you listen to metal because you are different.mercury are scared of the world of metal because because it is ''different''.It is out of their comfort zone.Instead they give it to the same old boring indie band without character instead of the ones who really deserve it.
I may only be 13 but i still feel strongly about this.Thanks K! Keep Rocking Hard!

It really amuses me that "the messiah" considers themself a true genius of music when in reality is probably some fat spotty kid sat in a dark room crying into their pillow because kerrang! rejected their fan mail. clearly an absolute "genius". Kerrang! I love your mag, I listen to pretty much every style of music and have discovered countless new bands to listen to because of you so thanks!!

I love the Tré Cool poster and the 30 facts on Billie Joe Armstrong, would be lovely to see some more Green Day in Kerrang! as there's hardly been any this year. But still a decent issue.

Seriously, people can like what they want to. So let them. What's so difficult about letting people be themselves and like whatever fucking music they like. You may have your own opinion and not like a certain band, or what they stand for, but keep it to yourself. Telling everybody how much you hate them is going to gain you absolutely fuck all, except grief from their millions of fans. Gain some respect, it might do you well in life.

So pleased to see that BMTH are recognised by kerrang! as a band worthy of that shitty mercury prize. Much preferred the alternative winners list. And I agree with all the people who protest that people shouldn't shit all over other music tastes :)
