Stone Sour to release Live At Brighton DVD this year

Stone Sour frontman Corey Taylor has revealed that the band plan to release a DVD later this year.

Chatting to press and fans at his recent book talk at London's Relentless Garage (Tuesday July 12), the vocalist stated: "We've got a really cool idea that we're thinking about doing."

"We're actually thinking - and I might be letting the cat out of the bag - but we're thinking about doing a special release of a DVD, which will be Live At Brighton," said the vocalist, "and a covers EP that we've been talking about doing for a really long time."

"So it could be really cool," said Corey. "We're gonna probably record it in September/October, somewhere in there, get that together. That way it's not just a DVD, it's a special little CD as well. So we'll see what fucking happens."

I was at that gig and they said that it would be released on DVD. Must admit the main reason I went was for A7X but stone sour were awesome!!

i was at the Leeds show, i really wish they would release a dvd from that show but heyy...a dvd of any show from the tour is better than nothing :D and the covers album? FUCKING AWSOME IDEA

I WAS AT THAT GIG!!! was an awesome night! it was the day after my birthday and that was the only reason in was allowed to go coz i had no money :L me and some friends had such a great time, that included me being piced up and thrown across a circle pit and my mates and me starting one :D :D great night!!

I waited like 10 hours, just to see Stone Sour and during that 5 hours, we met Corey and he was fucking awesome and ever since he said they were filming, it went mental. Was really wierd because this women just stood infront of me with a camera which was fucking crazy, Hope im in it :D

I was at this gig it was fantastic, a7x where fantastic and I thought they had stolen the show but just when you thought it could not get better out comes stone sour sour and damn they just rocked the show and showed who the true headliners where fantastic show guys.

I was there, front row, right in front of Josh Rand for the most part and definitely had the camera on me a few times :) Really looking forward to the DVD, just to relive that night - it was AMAZING!

The mighty Avenged made my life complete, but so

I was there, and oh my god they were amazing!! The main reason I went to this concert was to see Avenged Sevenfold, but still Stone Sour are amazing too, I saw them on Halloween too :)

I was there...stone sour was the main reason I went ! :D it was such an AWESOME gig and the relationship between the crowd and the bands was so intimate...some epic pits and crowd surfing and the atmospheere was so energetic and hyped! I managed to be right up front and center whilst stone sour played so I'll defo be on the DVD and I'm defo gonna buy it! :D
Been waiting a whole year for the DVD! They better release it quick! :D

i was at this gig, it was pretty amazing, i still have my picture with Jim root on Facebook, he's an amazing surprisingly tall guy.
i went for avenged sevenfold originally but realised that stone sour are incredible! get inside! rocked and the wall of dance was hilarious, i could of cried when avenged played critical acclaim, but yeah totally up for a repeat of that night, amazing...

this band was amazing, it seems my other comment was deleted so il make this quick. yeah, got a pic with Jim root which is on Facebook... i coulda cried in critical acclaim, fav song... and i hadnt heard stone sour until today and left with "get inside"" buzzing in my ears... amazing gig, would love for it to be repeated...
ive been waiting for the cd for ages, so i can see myself in the wall of dance and stuff ^^ <3
