Posted by Milk Lizard | August 23, 2011 10:57 PM | Reply to this

tee hee... I got the issue this morning, and the K! Quiz was hilarious! If you're wondering, it wasn't the Way bros... It was Ray "Afro-Man" Toro and Frankie "Halloween" Iero! They got 10 out of 15, which isn't bad... Considering Ray is crap at Geography, and Frankie can't do Maths! Still...

30STM? didn't these guys quit making music or something? why are they still here?

Posted by SoNiA | August 25, 2011 6:00 AM | Reply to this

Yeah they stopped. But that doesnt mean they died or anything. They're still touring the world like. Why wouldnt they be on the front cover? Their playing at Reading & Leeds.

where on internet i can buy this magazine? in country where i live, i cant buy it.

Posted by Marta | August 25, 2011 6:56 PM | Reply to this

C'mon now, when is Kerrang going to have A7X back on the front cover?! Screw all of this 30STM shit...

Posted by Livy | August 25, 2011 8:00 PM | Reply to this

seriously, why do people come on here just to hate? you obviously do care because you check every week...

and obviously 30 seconds to mars are a good band because they make good music and even if theyve stopped theyve been touring it still so it doesnt mean they dont deserve the cover...

Posted by jess | August 25, 2011 8:21 PM | Reply to this

I remember when Kerrang panned this band... How times change. 30 Seconds to Mars supporters are probably the most loyal bunch out-there, but not one remembers the crap this magazine once said about them.

Instead, you'll continue to spend £2 on the anal-sewage, not knowing that the magazine doesn't care one gosh-darn bit about your precious band.

Sad.

Posted by The Messiah | August 26, 2011 8:15 AM | Reply to this

Yeah, the mag mightent give a shit and they might have said aload of crap about 30stm. But obviously were still going to spend £2 on the mag. Regardless of what the mag thinks the fans are still going to buy it. So like, your last two lines make no sense to me..

ahhh, this Kerrang was amazing :) loved reading all about the Reading preview, and I went yesterday and it was so good :) MCR and 30stm were actually amazing, :)

Posted by Jess | August 27, 2011 11:58 AM | Reply to this

Surely the deserving band to be on the cover for a Reading and Leeds special should have been Muse?! Not 30 Seconds to Arse again!

Posted by joejoe | August 27, 2011 5:33 PM | Reply to this

@JoeJoe. Muse are absolutely terrible, horrible, and any other word that can be used to describe something terrible and horrible.

Fucking sucks that band does.

Posted by The Messiah | August 27, 2011 5:39 PM | Reply to this

where can i buy kerrang!? i cant find it anywhere

Posted by lucy | August 27, 2011 7:44 PM | Reply to this

@ The Messiah

You like Queen, right? What am I talking about, everybody loves Queen.

Brian May was asked in an interview who did he think lived up to Freddies stage presence. He answered that the only band he could think of was, in fact, Muse.

Also, Brian May was amazing with MCR but tbh I was surprised that he didn't join Muse.

@Jess- um, sweetie, I can hate this fucking band all I want. I don't like them, nor do I have to. So please go and take your rediculous preaching somewhere else.
Thanks! :D

i cant wait to see them play in manchester gah!

@The Messiah, a man after my own heart, troll away dear friend!

I was merely pointing out the fact Kerrang! could have put one of the head liners of Reading and Leeds on the front cover for a festival special but instead chose to continue to suck the balls of Jared Leto and his merry men.

PS: At least troll about an actual piss poor band in future. Matt Bellamy wipes his arse with bands like My Chemical Romance and 30 Seconds to Mars.

Posted by joejoe | August 30, 2011 2:38 PM | Reply to this

@JoeJoe. I don't hold anything against Muse, believe it or not, I actually bought the "Black Holes and Revelations" album, which I may add, was phenomenal, every song could have been released as a single.

I do, however hate the Twilight series, and the nincompoops that were introduced to Muse through it. Fans have the potential to make me hate things.

Simon Townshend from legendary Mod band The Who playing a one off gig at The sunflower lounge, Birmingham Dec 3rd after he returns from touring with Roger Daltrey- Tickets at www.theticketsellers.co.uk

@The Messiah
There are an awful lot of shitty fans who exist due to exposure to decent music through shitty outlets. Personally anything Twilight related needs to burn in a fiery pit of hell for ruining a decent horror staple (the vampire). I'm sure any Muse 'fan' who got into to them after hearing the song in the movie needs a damn good slap but also is probably too young to even go to a Muse gig so avoidance is easy. If you come across one, simply ignore it and it's whiny emo cries of fandom and hope it's short attention span is limited to a few seconds before they go 'Muse who?'

Posted by joejoe | August 31, 2011 6:14 PM | Reply to this

helloz again.
i saw MCR on BBC Three doing R&L... And i can honestly say...
BEST HEADLINING ACT EVER! Seriously, I absolutley loved it.
P.S: Brian May is Ray Toro's hero, so be nice to MCR for a change!
you wouldn't want to make a soldier for the MCRmy angry, would you?
