As much as I adore and respect My Chemical Romance, I just have to say that their drummer situation is slowly turning into that of the Defence Against the Dark Arts teachers in Harry Potter... But I'm absolutely shocked. If it was my band, I would've chopped his fingers off.

I agree L.K. it is disappointing that people are only concerned with bringing back Bob rather than what was stolen. Perhaps, this is because we understand that while that is what ended the drumming relationship, it is not the most important aspect of the issue. The fact is he stole, it is not important what he stole - he stole! As Frank stated: "the band is a family and you don't take advantage of family".

I find it amusing that MCR has gone through three drummers in the span of a decade. I agree Bob was the most compatiable, but the Bob era has come and gone and we as fans must accept that. I do hope they find a replacement to continue the tour and do not have to cancel dates.

He obviously robbed all of MCR's good songs and musical ability.

The point is that families shouldn't have done that in the first place. Especially repeatedly and not until the police were called.

Such a shame, took one good picture of all them at Reading with my crappy throw a away camera, I was so happy I'd got them all together with their arms around each other, now I wish he'd fallen off the stage just before I took it because he'll always be in the best picture i've ever taken of my favourite band, and it will always remind me he just screwed them over after they allowed him to share in the most meningful concert in their lives just a week before

This supergroup cannot be hurt by the loss of a drummer, I know many will disagree with me but I quite honestly think their songs writing ability is equal to if not better than the beatles.

Also they have more stage presence than the beatles and dont do drugs or anything like that.

I don't see how his pay is at all relevant. So, what, because he wasn't earning as much as the other guys it's okay for him to steal?

None of us know what happened, we don't even know that it was money he was caught stealing. But even if it was, what he was or wasn't getting paid has nothing to do with it.

And of course he wasn't earning as much as the other guys, he didn't have any part in writing the songs, he didn't have any part in recording the songs, and he didn't do half of the stuff the other guys did off stage. He was a touring drummer, he played for a couple of hours each night, and that's what he got paid for. I'm not belittling his job and the work that he did, I just don't understand how people think it's even remotely unreasonable for him to have been being paid less than the rest of the band.

I also don't see how this proves that the band isn't a family. Because they sacked someone who admitted to, and was caught, stealing from them, that means they're not a family? What were they supposed to do, continue to live with and play with someone they feel betrayed by and don't trust anymore? They obviously feel that whatever he's done is bad enough that they can't forgive him and want him out of their lives, and that is their choice to make. They are the ones in the situation, they are the ones that have been betrayed. How is that greed?

They could have taken this much further. He admitted what he'd done to the police, they could have quite easily got him arrested and pressed charges, but they didn't. He has come away from this situation with as few consequences to deal with as possible, really. The news that he'd been sacked was already circulating a few hours after the show, so all that was new in that statement was the reason why, and they didn't even go into full detail with that.

All they want is to move on, put it behind them, and find someone else to play drums. And that's what they're doing, they're pulling together as a family, and they've continued to play amazing shows.

I'm not really angry at Pedicone because I don't know the whole situation, but I think that he should have realised how important he was to so many people. He was getting the chance of a lifetime and and he ruined it but I think maybe a lot of people are completely overreacting by hating on him and stuff. MCR have made a point of keeping it as private as possible, and I don't think it's really anyone's right to go invading that with their own uncontrolled hatred. If you disagree, then that's up to you.

What MCR did was right, and even if they did talk it over, Mike would have never been seen the same to them and to fans. Their tolerance to those who don't see what they do important and as vital enough to tanrnish it like that shouldn't be given the privlegde of being in a band of such caliber and meaning.

He was one of the few talented members of the band and he is better off without them.
