Managed to see this in its very first week in America, in a small theatre in Berkley. If you're a fan you'll love it. About time they brought it here.

Are half the people on here aware that this isn't actually green day but the musical and that no band members will be there whatsoever?

Posted by Alex | December 4, 2011 3:37 PM | Reply to this

Cannot wait to go and see this! I really wanted to go and see it in the US but never got around to it! So glad it's being bought over here to the UK! Going with my mum and my best friend to see this even if it's the only thing I get for my birthday!

Posted by AP | December 4, 2011 9:57 PM | Reply to this

The "musical" will be performed on between 4 and 5 days at each venue, so I highly doubt they will add Exeter etc etc to the tour.

And tickets are on sale 10am Friday 9th December.

People should learn to read !

To everyone saying it isn't Green Day;

WELL, OVBIOUSLY! I've been waiting for the musical to come to the UK 'cause I really wanna see it, regardless whether Greeb Day are there or not.

Anyway, I got my tickets for Cardiff ;DDDDD

Saw a programme about this on tv and it truely is a bag of shite!

Don't waste your money on a Glee approved version of an average album!

Let's make a musical, that's totally punk as fuck! Eh no!

BJA - you're a corporate rock whore!

Dunno what to think of this... It could be good but it just seems like another thing that green day are annoying me with... I'm not one to say that they've sold out but a musical??? I can't help but feel this is a bastardisation of my once favourite band. All i want from them is great records and amazing live shows... A musical seems a step too far into the main stream... I never thought green day would be involved in something that my mum and sister would rather go see than me...

I really hope its Young Guns

If you like Green Day you're clearly either a retard or a 12 year old girl

Posted by Fuck You | December 13, 2011 3:52 PM | Reply to this

What's with all the comments about it being shit? I mean:
If you like Green Day(which I do), and you want to go see a show written by them, then GO DO IT!

Also, people who like Green Day aren't 'Retards'.
I like Green Day, and I listen to good stuff like:
MCR, 30STM, Paramore, Evanescence, You Me At Six and Shinedown.

Seriously: Just don't waste your time with all your shitty comments. Its REALLY not going to change anyone's mind!!
