@Fabien People bought tickets to see you me at six? funny because I thought they bought tickets to see blink-182, or at least i I did. The people that wanted to see YMAS bought tickets to see YMAS so stop whining you little bitch and exchange your blink-182 ticket for a YMAS one if thats who you really want to see.

@Fabien!

If people bought tickets to see You me at six they would have bought tickets for their own headlining tour! NOT A BLINK 182 HEADLINE ARENA TOUR! Which actually SOLD OUT before any support got announced.

Four year strong are MUCH, MUCH better live band than You me at six will ever be!!! Plus All American rejects are a good live act.

The blackout have just "replaced" sum 41 on the kerrang tour (which I'm going to) surely Blink could have got someone better. I can't stand Blackout as they are shite. They're like a disease, can't get rid of them these days.

Would have liked four year strong to do the whole tour but TWIN FUCKING ATLANTIC

Posted by Ryan | January 24, 2012 2:16 PM | Reply to this

YMA6 more popular then AAR? You're having a laugh aredn't you? Maybe with 12 year old girls and queers. I don't like AAR that much but there a much better and bigger band worldwide

AAR are massive to get as a support, they're amazing. YMAS will do hundreds of UK tours, as will The Blackout, so getting see AAR will be awesome.

You idiot. The blackout suck!! They did a song on the nirvana cover album and wrote a little paragraph about how much the like nirvana, but i read an article a few months before where they said they hated nirvana and slagged them off loads. And their music sucks. Awful people. 4 years strong are the best supporting band on the tour.

The Blackout are dire. All American Rejects are wank. Four Year Strong are a brilliant support. Would rather have FYS and Twin Atlantic (both great live bands and fantastic bands overall) but I guess I can go take a shit during All American Rejects set. It'd be better than watching them.

love The Blackout. Wish they'd start announcing a headline tour instead of support tours that I probably won't go to because i'm not paying to see blink as they are now.

if only all of them were for the entire tour :(

Shame i hate blink, the blackout and aar would be cool

Posted by Chris | January 24, 2012 4:32 PM | Reply to this

I could not be more delighted with these support acts. YM@6 are ok but I wouldn't pay to see them. Love AAR and Twin Atlantic are decent & they're Scottish. Knew Blink would put on some good support. Having just sold on my Kerrang Tour tickets after Sum 41 pulled out I'm glad to be dodging the Blackout yet again!! Nothing against them I'd just rather watch bands I really enjoy than ones I wish would hurry up and finish their set.

"BIG4.

How can you compare a blink gig to a metal festival???

At least at a blink gig you can narrowly miss the cliche's that rock music had cringe worthingly created!!!

Lets all wear the same clothes and have long hair - then preach that we do this to be different, despite being in a field of 20,00 other people that look and act the same.!

@Kian first off, Download ISN'T a metal festival, it's an alternative and rock festival. Hence why The Prodigy are headlining this year. And metal doesn't all preach the same attitudes to same clothes and acting the same, neither does it preach to all have long hair or 'pretending' to be different. You've been listening to too much BMTH (which isn't metal, it's just dire)

I love pop-punk and adore Blink. But I also love metal. When pop-punk is mainly about having a laugh, getting over things, moving on and not caring, metal is essentially the same and gives similar messages. Don't have a go.

I love blink. And can't wait to see them in July. :)

... I was over the moon when I found on The Blackout were supporting the tour, till I found out they were supporting the later dates, Not the first few dates, I personally think Four Years Strong and The all American Rejects are shit, They admitatdly have 1 or 2 good songs, but seriously disappointed no Blackout, Oh well... blink better be good as usual...

Posted by Jon | January 26, 2012 8:21 PM | Reply to this

oh god shut up, if you dont like the support bands then just sit and listen to your ipod until they've done playing. stop whining.

Posted by ashleigh | January 26, 2012 9:40 PM | Reply to this

if you bought tickets to go see blink, you are going to see blink, not the support.. so fuck up about how shit the support is, it could be a lot worse

As much as I love YMAS and am going to see them in march, i think these new support acts make it even more worthwhile for your money!
